Everything went very well and the Miracle Garden is a fantastic place that you have to see. Unfortunately, we had also booked View at the Palm and Burj Khalifa through Tripadvisor and that was a complete disaster.
Tripadvisor did not publish the bad review I gave and has not made any attempt to refund us. (The cards were not valid for both bookings) Perhaps someone from Tripadvisor will read this review and take care of it.

I would recommend the miracle garden but do not book through Viator!! I downloaded the tickets from website and added it to my apple wallet. But when i attempted to enter gate at the garden, I was told my tickets were invalid. Due to the fact I’m on vacation, I did not have WiFi on my phone to contact the agency while at the garden. I traveled from my hotel in a taxi for 39 minutes so I wasn’t about to return to my hotel. I ended up purchasing tickets on site. I requested a refund due to the above and was denied. I would not use Viator again for this reason.

Best time spent in Dubai. The flowers were breath taking. Very beautiful experience. Nothing like sitting under the shade with cooling breeze and fragrance of flowers.

Beautiful place to visit! Lots of food and drink stalls/ cafes and plenty of places to sit on the way around. The flowers are stunning and the characters/sculptures are incredible! Very colourful and make great photos!

Arrive early as it gets very hot in the afternoon we took the bus from the mall of the Emirates very easy lovely gardens beautifully laid out shame about all the shops and concessions in there are that's bought a little bit for us but overall we enjoyed the gardens
