The biggest cheating business in anywhere on this planet. Reasons?
1. Ticket AED 199. Too high a price to see too little.
2. Whatever you see after paying AED 199, can be seen free from outside.
3. Total vieing time is less than 90 Seconds.
4. They sell you photographs @ AED 100 per photo, such a scam from such shameless people.
5. Rude Staff - They anyway know that they are cheating. They speak in a very raised voice.
Dont go there.

Good expensive ambience and super expensive prices even after sale cuts ... did not find anything worth its utility value . however great place and great ambience for a good walkaround . All famous brands available .
The aquarium is within the mall and its underwater tunnel is the highight of the same , some other exhibits also were great . overall a great experience

Large aquarium in the Dubai Mall, you can buy a ticket on the website and it is valid for a month from the date of purchase or there is no difference in price on the spot. You can buy a ticket to the complex and visit the aquarium itself on two floors, as well as ride a boat and look at the fish from above and get information about the fish... and you can also feed them and you can also visit and see the penguins. Very cool and interesting for children.

We booked four adult tickets and despite asking Tejas Shah multiple times that if I need a ticket for my 2.8 years old child I was told that kids under 3 are free. I was then pulled out by security at the entrance asking for another ticket, they told me kids above 2 need a ticket, when I called Tejas he told me to transfer money so he can book another ticket. Forget about a resolution, he didn’t have the decency to apologise for the inconvenience even once. Never going back to these guys again.

This was a fun experience for my 6 years old kid. But it's definitely not worth the price. It's more expensive that a day at Aquadventure Park or in DisneyLand!!!!!
I thought for this price that all the great experiences was included but in fact, the ultimate package include only basic experiences. The really fun experiences comes at an extra cost.
I have previously done a lot of much greater aquarium at half the price and less like the Seatle aquarium or the famous french one Nausicaa. Dubai Mall aquarium doesn't stand up to comparison. It is really a shame.
