Our balloon flight begins to take off at around the sunrise. The flight goes up approximately till 3000 to 4000 feet to show you the sunrise and extraordinary views of UAE. Then it will float through the valleys, and descend through the desert, over the dunes, gazelles, camels, wildlife and beautiful landscapes. After landing our vehicles will take you to our camp for a gourmet breakfast where you will be able to take some photos with the falcons and the camel ride.

The sunrise hot air balloon ride was incredible and our hosts were terrific! I would not visit the camels again. They were tired and sore and muzzled. I felt sad for them. I also would leave the falcon alone. It had blinders on and the trainer wanted me to shake it so it would spread its wings for a photo op. I was sad for the falcon too. The ride through the desert was fun and would have been beautiful if the area were not full of trash. The desert needs a clean up and the camels and falcon I met should be retired. I still feel sad for them. The horses seemed well cared for and the four wheelers were fun. Both the horse-back rides and four-wheeler rides would be better in a larger area with views of the surrounding landscape instead of a very small space for riding in circles.

An amazing experience in Dubai. I was picked up from my hotel and led to the company's center for tea and debriefing. The hot air balloon ride was amazing - 360 views of the desert, with a very knowledgeable pilot. We reached 4000 feet, and the whole ride lasted an hour and 15 minutes. After that, we went to a designated location for breakfast, a camel ride, and photos with a falcon. All personnel were professional and fun, answered all our questions, and shared our enthusiasm for the tour. I strongly recommend it - this adventure is the one thing I will never forget from Dubai!

This was a disaster I would not recommend this provider. The ballon ride itself was great however the rest was terrible. I was told to be in the lobby at 4:10 am for my pick up, the driver did not show until 1.5 hours later. I had to contact the provider to see where he was at and was just told he was on his way. The driver was driving at excessive speeds to try and get to the ballon before they took off since they were having to wait for us since we were now late. The breakfast was some hot dogs, runny eggs and some muffins. There was another lady that was in the same pickup and we both asked to speak to the person in charge who pretty much shrugged off our complaints and said it was not there fault because a couple of roads were blocked off due to a marathon. First off they should have planned for the road closures because they should have know about the route they were taking and I am quiet sure the marathon was well announced and not just a surprise marathon. The service was very poor. The ballon ride itself was great however the rest of the experience was very stressful and dangerous with the driver speeding to make up time. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

Great ride, super safe. Main Captain from Holland was confidence inspiring and had tons of experience. Flawless trip. Would definitely do again.

This was my first hot air balloon ride and definitely the highlight of the trip. The pilots along with the support staff were extremely friendly. Special kudos to Helen for keeping me informed about everything.

Camel ride was a bit of a rip off. Breakfast was ok . Falconry wasn’t wow , seen better .
