• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Wear sports shoes and sunglasses during the quad bike ride
• Participants must be at least 16 years old and possess basic biking knowledge to drive a quad bike. Those under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult
• The quad bike ride is solely the participant's responsibility. You should listen to and follow the tour leader. Any damage, injuries sustained or items lost during the quad bike activity are not covered by the insurance. You are responsible for any damage caused to the quad bike
• All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour
• OceanAir Travels shall not be responsible for any kind of loss, accident, sickness or injury. It is advisable that the traveler should avail a travel health insurance as there can be chances of potential risks and hazards. Also, make sure they are mentally and physically able to participate.
• Sharing Bike option, minimum 2 passengers need to book this option, if there is a singular traveler or odd number in the group an extra fee (check Exclusions section) is applicable for the single passenger. Max weight 80kgs per person.
• Pickup will be within 45min prior your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time
• Kindly share your Whatsapp number for an easy communication during the pickup
• We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies.
• Quad biking is a self-driving activity to be taken at your own risk and the company’s insurance does not cover it.
• Participants from 16-55 yrs of age are eligible to ride the ATVs.
• Participants 10 years & older up to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult for the ATV ride. A child 5 years & younger strictly cannot be on the ATVs.
• This self-riding activity is NOT INSURED & any accidents or damages from the activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider & passenger.
• The participant MUST pay the amount for any damages due to the usage of buggy/ATVs.
• The participant is responsible for any injury he/she has inflicted on him/herself or on others from the usage of buggy/ATVs.
• Due to heavy traffic in the Rove Marina and Wyndham Dubai Marina areas at the time of pick-up, we request that you come to the Stella Di Mare Hotel for an easy pickup within a few minutes' walking distances.
• Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
• By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 10 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity by car. We had an amazing time, a family of 5 from 8 year old to 45 year old.

Our guide Farid took good care of us and made sure we had the best experience! Sandboarding, camel riding, dune bashing and more. And we got tons of great pictures. Thank you Farid!

I did two tour with this company. Both were excellent. Right from booking with Salma to tour , great experience .I especially enjoyed my Dessert safari. Sandy was our guide. He was great driver and steady will dune bashing.

The entire experience was perfect! Our guide , Qasim was there for us: he was at the hotel at the hour that was comunicate, explain to us what we can do in Dubai, he provided information about the culture and history and he did everything to have a great tour! He was patient, and he helped us : he also took photos:)!
The toue was well organized, the refreshements were a plus! For definitely i will recommend it ! Our guide, Qasim was the best ! I felt safe all the time during the dune bashing!

Incredible experience. Had such a laugh and the upgraded quad bike area was 100% worth it. Our fabulous tour guide Quasim was brilliant- he pointed out interesting things along the route, was knowledgeable, friendly, took great photos for us and all in all was a great host. (Thank you QJason) Would definitely recommend this activity.

Great experience, would highly recommend. Sultan Kayani was our tour guide and took great care of us. We did the half day safari tour with sand boarding, quad bike and camel ride included. Sultan stopped along the way and took great pictures of us.

Wonderful evening spent in the desert! Our guide, Mohammed Sakr was fabulous- so warm and engaging. We really enjoyed our time! Everything was organised incredibly well. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.
