Tour guide arrived an hour late and did not communicate so I thought I had been forgotten. The help centre for the tour was quick to respond and let me know they were running late and blamed it on traffic. None the less, they are from here and should be aware of the traffic in the area and do pickups accordingly. Guide never said a word until we got to the frame. He then told us a few things but mostly looked at this phone. Though it was an English language tour, the company had about 2/3 of the group who didn't speak a word so the guide had to translate and seemed to say much more when speaking in Urdu. Stops were quick and we were left on our own unlike another tour I took where the guide walked with us and took pictures for everyone with personal cameras. There was a very irate woman who thought we were going to the spice markets and she was angry the entire tour and the guide didn't help, just ignored her. I was glad I hadn't paid much. We had four stops and it was like on-off tour bus.

They were supposed to pick us up between 8:45 and 9:00 and picked us up at 9:45 which means we started one hour late. The tour was nothing special, very little time in the interesting places and a LOT of time at the shop which I would have preferred to spend in other interesting places in the city.
I would strongly recommend doing better research than the one I did so you choose a much better tour than this one.

The tour served it's purpose, getting us to the different Dubai attractions. Otherwise, I've been on better organized city tours where the guide takes time to share facts about the attractions and shares unique information.

The iconic spots we went are the amazing place a tourist should visit in Dubai and the tour guide was very knowledgable of the city history. Two thumbs up to all the staffs... keep up the standard👌👍💖🥰

Tiffany was a fantastic tour guide! Waiting for us as we stepped off the cruise ship and took us on an amazing Halfday tour of Dubai. Great knowledge of the city, the history of the city, and key spots to stop at. Best guide we had on our trip. Answered all of our questions, personalized our tour and helped us find the best bargains in the city.

An excellent tour of Dubai in half day with a very knowledgeable guide, Jeewan, who went out of his way to help us see sights
Having lived in Dubai in the late 1970’s we were eager to see the old Clock Tower roundabout and the Creek area. The tour brought back some wonderful happy memories!!

Its a short tour around 5 hours, but i must say all was covered as mentioned in itinerary.
The Palm and Dubai marina is a must see area,

Booked through ECOS Hotel Receptionist , We were 6 persons, Entire tour was well organized, The guide was very knowledgeable , he had minor details of the city .
Plus the added benefit is that he is a good Photographer
