Mr. Ali Wael, our tour guide was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about his craft. Ready to give pertinent answers to any questions we asked. Very patient too. We don’t feel rushed & he tried to be on time to the schedule. Too bad, some tourist were just so inconsiderate for not adhering to the scheduled time. But overall, our tour was great w/c of course the tour director has a big part of it.

Tour guide was useless and provided no insights to the attractions. Had to rely solely on the tape recording. Burj Khalifa was highlight but the lineup was too long, so we ran out of time to get back to continue the tour.

Our plane was delayed due to rain, so we could not make the pickup time and place The organiser and the guide responded straight away and helped us find an alternative pickup, so we did not miss out on this very informative and friendly tour.

I only spend 3 days in Dubai, and I was looking to have an amazing experience in this all-day tour. The company Greyline picked us up in the hotel in a van, all the people in the van were very uncomfortable due the smell and untidy of the driver, we arrived at a gas station and we all got off the van immediately and wait for the big bus around 30 minutes. The tour was an audio tour like the one you have in the Big Bus, the "tour guide" (his name was Malinda), every time we asked a question, he was rude. He took us to two different places to shop and in those places, we needed to ask "as a favor" to use the restrooms. of course, those places were expecting us to buy from them, the sellers were very aggressive. People were late (like 30 minutes) and the guide decided to wait for them, but later he said, due the lateness we will miss lunch (like if we were babies). We had in the group people with canes, and we asked the guide to work slower and he told us that he was not walking fast. We went to the Dubai Mall at the middle of the day, and we decided to leave the tour.
The problem was that I contacted viator and they did not want to give me any refund or explanation of what happened (I asked for half of the price I paid). Viator said that they are only subcontractors, and the decisions are made by the local companies. I am very disappointed because you pay to viator, and you expect them to solve the problem. Terrible experience! No more viator for me.

Trip with Nareen was good until it ended. We transferred over to be taken to our hotel and when it was our turn to be dropped off, the driver ended up taking Nareen (Naveen) to his drop off point and we didn’t get to our hotel from the end of the tour for 2 hours! We were only supposed to be 10 minutes away from Ramada where David Allen was dropped off but we ended up being on the bus an additional hour. Totally unexeptable!

The tour started with a picture in the beach with the Burj Al Arab at a distant background whilee you see other tours dropping off their passengers in front of the hotel property for a better picture. Then we headed over to an Art Center for a disguised sales pitch as a "presentation" which lasted for 25 minutes then headed for a picture opportunity in front gf the Jumeirah Mosque which you cannot visit inside, then rode an Abra boat across the Dubai Creek and you're taken to a spice and souvenir shop for more sale pitch to buy their products. We then headed on to the Burj Khalifa at !:10Pm and asked to meet at 3PM to head on over for lunch. I basically had enough of it and cut my tour short and abandoned the lunch and the planned picture opportunity at the Palm Jumeirah, which is a 40 minute drive from where we were at and based on the experience earlier in the day would one be a drive to the location for a mere photo opportunity. Just hire an Uber and do this yourself.

Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. We were taken to so many places. To do it all on your own would I think cost more and the logistics would be difficult.

Excellent trip around the main sites and boat trip and monorail ride. But transfer back to our hotel took ages.

We used this tour to get an overview of the city. The tour was good for that. Otherwise, there was unfortunately not enough time at the individual stops. I would have liked more time, especially at the markets and at Atlantis. During the journey, you had headphones and could choose between various languages. The explanations were good, but meant that the tour guide hardly said anything. I found it very strange that the bus driver had been reading his WhatsApp messages on his cell phone during the journey!!
If you want a quick, rough overview of the city's sights and don't mind spending a lot of time on the bus and only having a little time at the individual stops, then this is the right place for you.

The desert safari was a brilliant day & Ikram is the best tour guide we have ever had the pleasure to travel with. Always willing to help, and with a smile on his face ! His priority was to make sure we had fun & enjoyed the desert experience & we certainly did ! Just a ripping guy & a legend of a driver on the dunes ! Thank you for a great day Ikram !
