The driver was lovely. Queues are out of control in Dubai and it really takes the shine off any experiences. Whilst the Frame is an engineering feat, there was very little information about the construction and no information about the views at all. Overpriced and disappointing.

What an interesting experience. We learned about how it was made. The views are spectacular. Suggest getting there before they open. It was more than an hour wait with 45 minutes in the sun.

Unbelievable view of old and new Dubai. I was completely amazed by the vastness of Dubai. You can see the skyline so clearly and the expanse of Dubai’s development over the last few decades. This is a must see attraction for sure. The trip would not be complete without it.

We had Dubai Frame with Transfers, Driver was polite and was on time. Overall service was excellent....!!

This was an exciting attraction. Family friendly. Lots to learn and see with great views of old and new Dubai. The glass bottom floor was a highlight too. This is a must do!

Today I visited the dubai frame with my family visiting dubai and I am claustrophobic - I wasn’t intending to go up in the lift but Mohammed overheard my conversation and convinced me everything would be fine he said we will take me and your family up in the lift on your own and he came with us and the lift technician too in case something did go wrong! It was so quick to reach the top of the 48 floors - and although the glass was open so you could see out that didn’t bother me! So glad I did it with the help of my brother in law and sister in law too! Had a fab day so glad they all helped me do it ! and the same help on the way down - just us and the security guard - I had no problem walking across the disappearing floor that was fab just the lifts ! Thanks Dubai Frame for your helpful and excellent staff
