When we arrived at the Frame we had the problem that the booking via Tripadvisor was not accepted. They couldn't find the booking number or the QR code and so our booking was not accepted. We had to pay again at the ticket counter at The Frame. I therefore expect a refund immediately.
The same thing happened to us at Burj Khalifa. I expect a refund there too. Conclusion: Never again Tripadvisor.

I booked ticket of Dubai frame from Tripline tourism I got my e-tickets within 2minutes It was amazing experience Dubai frame is world largest frame and was good experience of view of old Dubai I went with my family we really enjoyed a lot Thanks Tripline for making our journey better we will get back soon.
