Creek dhow cruise dinner was a satisfying experience to us , there staff services was so efficient , and excellent.

So i booked this activity for 19:00 as that is the latest i would book. Person decides to not show up at 7.30 and tell us "there is traffic i will be 15-20mins" like we should wait untill nearly 8pm. We decided to cancel as they failed to reach for over half an hour and they refused to give us a refund. Awful company please do not waste your time and be disrespected. I have full evidence they did not even attempt to reach for 19:00 as the driver set off at 19:10. Awful, lazy, incompetent, vile attitudes, waste of time, disappointing and i will ensure to spread this message.
