Dubai At Night Tour with Pick up Included

This was a looked forward to excursion. While the pick up timing was not accurate it didn't matter. The problem was the transport. We were last to be picked up and found ourselves sitting at the back of a Toyota SUV. Third row seats in the vehicle sitting in the trunk area on temporary seating. The only way to get in was through a small gap when a row 2 seat was folded forward. We were cramped up with our heads touching the roof, no forward vision due to three people in row 2. Side windows were small quarter light windows with no outside views. For 4 hours our knees were around our ears due to our height and we had to sit sideways as there was insufficient room. Getting in and out was so difficult I had to get down on my knees on the floor to navigate. At 79 years of age a health and safety issue. In the end we both refused to leave the vehicle at sites as it was just too hard. The transport provided was unprofessional. No more than 4 tourists plus driver should have been in that SUV.
I am not sure of our driver/guides name. We couldn't actually hear what was being said our even where we were going due to our position in the vehicle. The driver/guide was a decent bloke but I suspect he was embarrassed as to our position as we're the other passengers.

The driver was 45 minutes late at hotel pickup so the tour didn’t start with the right attitude. It was just the 2 of us plus the driver.
Aqib was a nice guy who constantly gave us a running talk on where we were going and what to see.
At photo stops, we were offered too much time such as 30 minutes whereas we only need 5 minutes.
The night was spoilt by too many traffic jams which took up half the night.
Because of this, some spots were just for photos whereas we should have gone inside to view but were closed because we were too late. If pickup had been on time, then no problem.
Overall, we enjoyed seeing Dubai by night but it could have been so much better - and not on a Saturday night - far too busy and spots were crowded.

During the evening we will see the most popular places that must be visited. We had a great time. I recommend it.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the night time sites of Dubai. The local operators were able to to change timings at short notice which was much apprecaited as was our guide Gul Mohamed who was generous with his time and excellent throughout. Also enjoyed seeing a more ground level view of the more "normal" parts of Dubai as we travelled between the major landmarks. Highly recommended and good value.

Mohammed was a fun and thoughtful guide. We saw all of the sights and stopped for many photos. Guide was known.

Just finished a night tour with Gul as the guide. Very friendly and knowlegable with great hospitality. Only made me wish our stay could be longer with him taking us around.

Our guide was to pick us up at 6:00 pm for the night time city tour. We waited until 6:30 when he called and said he would come at 7:30. This could not work for us as we needed to be at the airport at 11:30 to catch our flight home.

We went on the Dubai by night tour with Amjad and it was great!

We had an overnight layover in Dubai and only had one night for sightseeing.
The tour was perfect. We started at night and went to see everything we were asking for. Very customizable and comfortable.

I recommend this tour with Amjad.

This tour was amazing!! Our guide Alyas greeted us at our hotel on time! He was very knowledgeable, very patient and customized our experience to a few extra stops for quick photos. Alyas waited for us as we watched the fountain show at the Dubai mall, found us good spots to take photos and gave suggestions that would make our time in Dubai even more memorable. I would definitely recommend this tour. It’s worth every penny.

We loved seeing the sights but would have also enjoyed getting some dialog from Abdul as we traveled to the four different spots. At the Burj Al Arab, we could only take a photo from one specific spot but yet he insisted that he leave us for fifteen minutes when 3 minutes would have been enough time. We asked him some questions while he was driving and most of the time he ignored us. When I booked this tour a few weeks before we traveled, it showed a three-hour tour that vegan at 6pm. The day of the tour Abdul sent a text saying he would pick us up between 7 and 7:30. When he arrived close to 7;30. He told us the tour would last four hours. We should have been given more accurate info.
