Great experience, seeing up close and observing feeding of fish in aquarium.
Go early our booking was for 12 but got there at 11 and went in .

Brilliant . Just amazing the size of the sting rays shark's just loved the whole experience. Our grandchildren would love to experience this , hopefully one day.

Didn't get to use vouchers as it want clear it was for the other aquarium in Dubai. Of course, even though vouchers were not used, Viator customer service didn't give a damn.

This was such an unexpected fun thing to do inside the mall. Although the aquarium part in my option was short experience however I did still enjoy it. The underground zoo was so cool, I enjoyed the birds. Overall, this was a fun experience to do with my friends. However, when we got to the zoo part, I didn’t like that they check your ticket to get in and then you take a few steps and they check your ticket again and then when you’re exiting before you get to the gift shop, they check your ticket again like that feels excessive, I wouldn’t even be able to get in here if the first guy didn’t scan my ticket .

Supportive agent from Royal Smart Tourism, at first the online ticket is not functioning, after that I have contacted Royal Smart through Whatsapp and they are replying within a minute to solve the problem! The price of the ticket is much cheaper than than the official website and more package options to choose than the Official Aquarium website. Overall, good experience for the whole trip.

The penguin cove could have been more exciting. The guide was very low and u clear, hard to understand. Other than that, pretty cool aquarium.

Beautifully maintained. The aquarium is just a small tunnel. You will move to the next location that is a zoo. There you will get the feeling of moving through a jungle. They have tried making it green and rocky. You will find a retail shop and a cafe from where you can get refreshments and small gifts for your homies if you are especially on a Dubai tour.
personally want to thank the people doing mermaid shows in the aquarium, you guys are really entertaining, thank you so much for your efforts.
