We booked for a party of six and paid USD 630. Five minutes later we were called from Turkey that the handicapped person was a problem due to company policy. So I said no problem, cancel and send back the money. The trip was cancelled but the money not repaid. No reaction from management or any 'life' person.

Excellent experience, all fun!!!! Fun!!!! Fun!!!!. I would love to come back again with others. The dinner was awesome 👌. Great pictures and dance concerts were a huge one. Finally, the Dinner Food Part Complimentary buffet and JAFOR served me well.

Late pickup and late to boat, meant we were late leaving dock. Food was average. The cruise itself was good and the lights of the city were awesome

The pick up service was terrible,I was almost lost,I received different cheap cruise ,very bad food,doesn’t worth the money i payed

Not many memories. As we had not been to Dubai previously we were not sure where the Dow Alexandra was moored so we booked transfers. 2 Days prior to the evening we received a confirmation email saying that our transport was shared transport, and pick up was 8000-8.30pm. Person arrived and we had to walk to the pier. No transport.
Arrived and found man yelling at a customer about payment, then he yelled at us to follow another man. No greeting on the boat. Sat dawn. Meal was disgraceful. salads, which had been picked through by other guests, some penne, chicken pieces (cold), fish (overcooked). At the end of the night went to speak with manager and he was more worried about counting his money.

Everything goes well with the arrangemnts. pick up on time and food was good as well.

It was an awesome dinner cruise. The boat was nice, food was delicious and the weather & water front buildings view always awesome. I highly recommend it to every visitor. Free shuttle and very respectful Mr. Nawaz who drove very carefully and took us to then dinner cruise from the hotel and also dropped us off at the hotel.
I highly recommend this company for your activities to do.
