We had a pretty bad experience overall with this excursion. I was carrying some cash and a credit card in my pocket, I was very cautious to check my pockets at every stop that cash and card are there. It was all good till 9A stop, and when I reached 9B stop immediately noticed that cash was gone (but card was still there). It was really hard to believe that just cash could slip from jeans pocket during transit and not card, I kept asking the guy who pulled me at 9B stop. There was a non-staff person as well at that stop with a horse which made it all look weird. I immediately complained to the guide who was at the next stop but no action was taken. I gave a written report to agency who organized this excursion but I didnt see any sense of urgency to even investigate the matter. While it was my mistake to carry cash in my pocket, I am writing this review so others can be cautious during these excursions with their belongings.

We loved our Ziplining experience with Angel as our guide! From begining to end!! My boys (ages 15 and 10) loved it!! The Ziplining crew was great and made us feel safe. The tour bus was prompt with air conditioning. Angel talked about the history of DR and the local living, etc. Highly recommend!!

Loved that we did 12 zip lines. Super fun day. Even saw a tarantula just crawling around while waiting in line for one of the zip lines!

We had a brilliant time at the Zipline Adventure. All of the staff were very friendly and professional, we felt safe at all times. The ziplines themselves were very good too, with a real range of rides. Only downside for us - and why it isn’t 5 stars - was the transfer. Very packed and old minibus and then on the way back we had to wait an hour for the people at Monkeyworld to finish before we could leave and come home. Guide (Manny) and driver (Nara) were very good, but logistics of the trip not so. Would recommend but be prepared to hang around late in the day

Family of four, kids ages 10 & 13. Booked via Amstar at our hotel (rep Maria was great to work with). Started with a lengthy safety/instruction training done by John. He was great at providing all of the info in a way that was easy to understand and emphasized safety but in a fun way. The kids did the first 8 lines, adults did all 12. Plenty of staff/instructors on each platform that kept things moving and made us feel safe. Views were gorgeous.
We purchased the digital photo package for $40. Photos were delivered very quickly and are high quality. We got roughly 50 photos.
We were picked up from our hotel in their open air bus. Left hotel at 8 and back at 1. Eddy was our bus tour guide and Felis was the driver. They were absolutely fantastic. We learned so much about life in the DR on the way to and from the zip lines and they made us laugh a ton.
Overall, a fun experience that we’d definitely do again and recommend to others. Staff in the zip lines and bus were amazing.

It’s a fun adventure! We opted for a private car to drive us to the location over the zip line company picking us up. But had a fantastic time and highly recommend it

The organization and pace of this zip line activity is top notch! It can be quite a workout, especially if you’re at front of line, but keeps the adrenaline going! There are lockers if you want to keep items safe; lock costa $5.
Eddie (Guide) was a great guide on bus and shared info about DR.
Only downside is we were the only people on bus not doing Monkey Island, so we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the rest of group to finish before able to leave. Prepare for 2 hour drive each way.

First of all the ziplines are great fun and the location and guides are really top. We felt safety always and recommend to do this on your holiday.
Cons: it is not possible to go there by yourself. You must take the common and organised transport which took really long as you will go to all hotels.
Second: afterwards we had to join the sales event next to the zipline location which took another hour. In total we where over 5 hours on the trip where the ziplining itself only take one hour.

The zip lines were so fun and offered great views! Pick up and drop off we’re extremely convenient and timely. Loved the history lesson and background the tour guides provided on the ride to/from the hotel.

Outstanding experience with my wife. This zipline was carefully designed for all people ages. I'm 74 years old and my wife 60; I felt like a younger doing the zipping and my wife like a teenager. God bless you people.
