Massage and scrub were incredible and being on a boat with the gentle rock made it even more relaxing. Yoga was nice but it actually could have been a little longer session. Floating in ocean was also lovely.

Such a great experince from start to finish. We especially loved the massage ( Flor was amazing) and the water beds on the ocean! The view from the boat is just incredible. Thank you Pedro and staff for such a wonderful morning. Love from Greg and Barbara.

Pedro treated us like friends from the start. He made us feel comfortable and helped us through each step of the voyage. He has been on this boat for many years and it shows. I would recommend this for everyone that has a chance.

Mr. Pedro, Miss Flor (best masseuse), the instructor Wanda and Carolina the waitress are the best professionals I have ever met. I recommend this excursion 100%. Unforgettable experience and excellent treatment. I will repeat again without a doubt.

Our Amstar advisor, Caesar, at the Secrets Royal Beach Resort Punta Cana suggested the Dr. FishOcean Spa Excursion. By the way Caesar is a lot of fun to talk with! We highly recommend booking your excursion(s) with him.
This excursion was a great experience, and our host at the facility, Pedro, was amazing! Not only could he speak seven different languages fluently, including our native English language, but he was full of energy and very knowledgeable about the whole excursion and proved be a very excellent guide for our trip.
I I’ve never had fish exfoliate my feet, but it was a pretty amazing and hilarious experience with many in the room, laughing hysterically, and screaming, because fish gently nibbling felt so different than anything. most of us were used to!
Apparently, Drummond. fish are fish experts in dermatology give natural exfoliation to your feet, leaving your skin fully regenerated.
After this very interesting experience, we boarded the ocean spa boat and received a 20-minute back of the body massage. This was followed by an exfoliation scrub front and back with a natural exfoliating substances made from foods, such as ground up oats and corn and salt. Next we were directed to a warm saltwater shower area with a showerhead that you could maneuver around your body to get the exfoliating substance off.
After this our group was led in a session that included breath work, stretching our bodies doing some light Yoga and bio pilates on exercise mats.
Remember all this is done on the marine environment on a boat and beautiful turquoise and blue and green water of the Caribbean ocean here in Punta Cana. Relaxing music was played the whole time so the overall experience was definitely geared towards relaxation and stress relief.
Our last couple of services were an ionic detox foot bath and a float on buoyant mattresses while tied to a line, so you could just relax with the movement of the gentle waves in the shallow warm waters where the boat was moored.
After this, we were headed over to a elevated restaurant and dolphin enclosure where we had a nice lunch of chicken breast, rice and salad and then we got a little show from the trained dolphins and then we headed back to our origination and we’re back at our hotel in just a few minutes.
We highly recommend this excursion!

This was a great little activity that my wife and I went on. It was around a 4-5 hour event that started with some pictures and fish pedicures on the shore and then moved to a double decker boat out on the water. The boat was split up into multiple groups and we rotated between the different areas, from the massage and exfoliation, Pilates, and relaxing on floats in the ocean and swimming. All of this ended with an amazing meal on a dock out in the ocean.

2023 Family Reunion Trip to Punta Cana. My spa day on the ocean was amazing!! Well worth the money. I went on this excursion with 11 family members (Adults). We all enjoyed everything about this excursion. It was organized by Nexus Tours. German was excellent from start to finish. He assisted my family with several activities throughout our trip including this excursion. German is very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with his time to answer questions and address any issues. The spa boat had several different areas & activities to enjoy. The food/drinks included was delicious. I highly recommend this excursion.
