• All passenger names & weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Under representation of body weight may result in cancellation at check-in with no refund.

• Supplier Terms and Conditions for Doors Off (MUST READ)
• ONLY YOUR CELL PHONE IS ALLOWED ON BOARD. NO OTHER CAMERA DEVICE IS ALLOWED! Air Maui will provide a lanyard for passengers cell phone that will be worn around their neck at all times during the flight.
• Children must be at least 10 years of age or older to go on doors off. An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old. Only age 16+ can sit on an edge/outside seat.
• No hats, bags or any loose items allowed.
• Must wear closed toed shoes. No flip-flops or sandals.
• Long hair must be tied up in a bun or braid.
• Air Maui will provide each passenger a jacket that will be required for all passengers to wear during flight.
• Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time. For groups 12 or more 7 days notice is required.
• Comfort seat charge for one passenger weighing 230lbs or more, a combined weight (2 passengers) of 400lbs or more or for groups of 3 or more an average weight of 190lbs or more. Any passenger over 250lbs no matter what the combined weight is must purchase a comfort seat due to safety on the doors off flight.
• Not wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair lift to accommodate wheelchair passengers nor can the staff personally/physically assist people into the helicopter
• Helicopter is a shared cabin of 6 passengers and one pilot on each flight.

This was an unforgettable experience! The views from above were breathtaking, providing a unique perspective on the entire island. From the stunning coastline to the lush landscapes and incredible waterfalls, it was a sight to behold. The tour was well-organized, and the pilot was knowledgeable, pointing out various landmarks along the way. This is definitely the best way to appreciate Maui's beauty from the sky. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

Doors off tour was amazing!
We flew on a very windy day but the pilot was so experienced that he brought us back safe!

The pilot was awesome and gave some great history. The only suggestion I would have is to make the outside sitting person feel a little more secure than just a seatbelt. Maybe a shoulder strap or something like a handle to hang onto as it did not feel very secure at all. It probably didn’t help that we had a generously proportioned person in our seating row.

My 13 year old son and I did the doors off tour. The trip was amazing and our pilot, Richie was awesome. He was not only a great pilot, but he was very informative. I will admit, if you are the faint of heart, do the doors on your. I sat on the outside seat and literally was only inches away from the edge. Defiantly intense, but I will admit, it was a bit scary. I would do it again!
