We went to considerable effort to get to the meeting point on time, only to find no one there. After several minutes, a guide from a different company helped us reach our company using her phone. Our company said they had a schedule change and our tour was cancelled, but we got no phone call, no text and no email about it. This is our first problem with Viator - very disappointing this time.

This Palace is spectacular. I wish I could have taken pictures inside to show some of the wonderful artifacts and wonder of the place but we were not allowed.
The palace grounds were beautiful and we were very happy to be able to tour this place.
A must see.

I wish I knew that the glass staircase was in repair. That was the main reason why we visited the palace just to see the staircase and we couldn’t see it. That was a disappointment

You pay to skip the line & get an audioguide without hustle. It's easy to find a meeting spot and from the moment you meet your guide to the moment you enter the territory of the palace, it's like 5 minutes.
Then there is a quick orientation and after that, you explore on your own with an audio guide. Perfect for if you are the first time in the country and don't have much time.

Process is somewhat simple but ticket redemtion process is very complicated. Overcharged. Best is to turn up and buy ticket at the gate. Not recommended at all. Just waste of money. Guide will only spend 10 mins with you. By no means VIP at all. Take audio guide for free and visit the place. Paid almost double amount at the gate for no reason

Very good service.Rooms are excellent with a good view to the Bosporus.The staff on the reception is polite ,knowledgable and very useful.
The room maintenance on dayly basis is very good.
Breakfast is good .
Position of the hotel is good with respect to the view and public transport. Easy to go to any point of historical Istanbul.
Will stay again in this hotel with pleasur.
