Very friendly and competent Guide and drivers; the time for the single points was enough and the elaborations are great.

Good experience and lovely sights to see. The mini (which you will spend a few hours in across the whole day) was old and had a dangerous fan bolted to the ceiling of the van. Me and my family sat at the back and all four of us hit our heads - two very painful. This should be removed

Trip itself was amazing. The guide was fluent in English, knowledgeable and passionate.
Unfortunately I have to rate at 3 as the van we were in was very cramped and had issues with the air-conditioning reaching the back of the van. Couple this with a large amount of driving and a full ride resulted in the whole experience being tainted.
Would definitely recommend going on this tour but I hope you don't get the same van we did.

Wachiritharn Waterfalls and the King and Queen Chedi's are absolute must do's for anyone visiting the area. Note though, unfortunately there wasn't really any kind of hiking involved in this tour. Guide was also friendly, albeit maybe a little difficult to understand at times.
Regarding transport provided by this tour though, it was a comedy of problems one after the after:
- I almost got left behind at the Ang Ka Nature Trail. Luckily, I managed to run and catch up with the van as it pulled out of the car park (I stupidly left my wallet and bag in the van, so I would have been really stuck).
- Then the van broke down on the side of the highway just half way back to Chiang Mai (I was not surprised given the van was making a lot of awful sounds as it struggled to go up the mountain). They ended up flagging other tour vans with empty seats to take people back. Not sure if was related to the break down, but the air con wasn't working in the van at the beginning of the trip, and we made a short stop to get it checked (I suspect a dodgy drive belt).
- A more minor thing, I had asked if I could be dropped off close to Wat Umong instead of back at my hotel (which I appreciate they agreed to get me as close as they can), but when I checked the map afterwards, I think they could have very easily dropped me off a lot closer than where they did (I ended up wandering around the area for a good hour and a half before I found the temple).

The highway to the highest peak in Thailand was well maintained. The van was comfortable with a very competent driver. Our guide was pleasant but his strong accent made it hard to non native English speakers to understand. We learned a lot of history, enjoyed the beautiful waterfalls, pagodas and a good meal. Unfortunately, it started raining about the time we arrived at the Karen village so no one was out and nothing was open. Since that was something I was really looking forward to, it was disappointing. Nevertheless, it was a memorable day.

Maxi was a very good your guide, explained very well and was honest about journey times, so we could prepare for mini naps as the heat drained us.
I have to admit though, we had to pay 400 baht on top for our entry to 2 of the attractions, which was not included in the price, I'm guessing it is to lure us in with a low price tag as opposed to us using other company's where the cost of attraction may be included in the price. Can't/won't use this as a negative for my review though.

It was okay, highlight was the first waterfall. You're in the car more than outside the car though as the nature walk is very very short.
