Excellent tour for a short layover. Get to know all the key important city sites and landmarks, nice large and comfortable SUV, highly recommended. My tour guy, Junaid was excellent, very knowledgeable, never rushing and always open to explain or answer any question, best tour guys ever!!

We were looking for a little trip to visit Doha during our scale at the airport. It was perfect!
Bilal was our perfect guide, he brought us to the most important places in Doha, just 4 hours and we could learn and visit allí the city by car.
We visited a market where we bought souvenirs, a mosque, little Venice, the museums...
We recomend this trip 100%.

During my recent trip to Oman I found out that Qatar airways provide travellers a free stop over. You can actually choose the stopover to be before or after your trip. I therefore had a 12 hour layover in Doha which allowed me to book a Discover Doha tour right at the airport.
These were the places we visited as part of the tour:
Doha Fishing Village with Doha skyscrapers in the background,
Katara Cultural Village for art and social culture
Souk Maqiz is the biggest open market in Qatar.
Along the way we also saw how the landscape of Doha has changed in preparation for FIFA Workd Cup 2022 like the building of Sports Stadium made of shipping containers.
A frenzy of building of more skyscrapers to rival neigbouring Dubai also happened within the last five years prior to the World Cup in 2022.
If you have a long layover in Qatar choose this tour.

My partner and I had an 11 hour layover and decided to book the city tour with Bilal. He picked us up at the airport and showed us all there is to see in Doha, the tour was fantastic and very interesting.

Had a private layover tour with Ali and it was a great time! Ali was a great guide showing me interesting places around Doha. Would definitely recommend booking with him if you are staying in Doha!

Ali is the BEST! I hired him last year in 2023 when I was solo during a long layover in Doha. I loved it so much I brought my friends back in March 2024. He made sure we got the full cultural experience, especially during Ramadan when the markets are amazing. I plan to keep using him every time I’m in town.
