November 2023, we visited both the Disney and the Walt Disney Studio Parks. Compared to Disneyland in CA and Disneyworld, FL, these 2 parks are somewhat smaller. Both parks were well laid out, everything accessible and very clean. Best ride in Disney in our opinion was Thunder railroad and in the Studios, Ratatouille ride was exceptional. Crowds were not bad, but due in part to the light rain and we visited on Tuesday and Thursday. Food Court in the Studios park was exceptional as well. The RER A train is a great way to get out there from Paris. Advice: If you are in Paris for at least 7 days, consider purchasing a Navigo Decouverete pass which is a 7 day pass that includes all metro trains, buses and the RER trains to Disney, Charles DeGaulle Airport and Versailles , but make sure you read all info regarding the Decouverte pass (when to buy, where to but etc...)

Overall brilliant as always but to be honest we wanted to just put in a good word for Clark Jordan at the Tower of Terror. He is incredible at his job and was the the reason we upgraded our tickets the next day. We rode 4 times and luckily was on his ride every time, he's a performer and makes the ride feel the way it should.
We went back today and it wasn't the same without him.

Just spent 2 days at Disneyland Paris. Where do I begin. Overall the trip was good. Our grandchildren loved it. But Disney need to get a grip on their pricing. 4 euros for a soft drink. Ie Pepsi or Fanta. Small bottle! 10 euros for a hotdog!!! Chips and drinks extra. So our family of ten spent major money. When we visit Disney in USA we buy a drink in a themed cup, then refills are free. So Paris needs to get a grip. Won’t be returning I’m afraid.

some people do a couple of days....this is how we did it in one day...

McDonalds at 8 in the Disney village for breakfast
we stayed at a disney hotel so got early entrance to disneyland [0830]

had a lovely morning touring disneyland and enjoying the rides
left 12 and got to 'chicago' in Disney village for a early lunch before the crowds
went to disney studios for the afternoon

back to the hotel at 5pm for a much needed nana nap
back into disneyland at 6
then ...the unexpected joy of the christmas parade !!!
another couple of hours and then the extravaganza firework show before leaving at 22:00

it was the perfect way to spend my 61st birthday ....or thanks to counting back from 50....my 39th birthday !!!

We took our two children aged 6 and 8, as part of a package deal with a stay at Hotel Cheyenne for 5 days, and it was absolutely fantastic.
The hotel room was quite small but themed, spotlessly clean, although the hot water was sporadic.
Is it expensive- no question, yes. Is it a very controlled and possibly superficial place- Yes. BUT the detail put into every aspect of the two parks was mind blowing, and it would take a cynical old heart not to be won over by the atmosphere created by the tireless efforts of the staff, who were typically very polite, and took care of all our needs. The queues can be very long, but the app is a godsend in letting you know in realtime where the short rides are, and allowing us to pick our way through both parks when each of the ride queues were at their shortest. We ate meals at the Chuck Wagon, Captain Jacks, Chez Remy, and Pyms Kitchen. Food was generally OK to good, but the atmosphere, particularly in Captain Jacks and Remy were amazing. Deserts were universally incredible.
Shout out to 'baby switch' (Rider Switch) which allowed our eldest and us to ride the few attractions that our 6 year old could not get on due to height restrictions. Five days was probably one too many, and we'd been on most of the main rides by day 2 thanks to the app, but there was never time where we had nothing to do. The nightly shows, particularly the Halloween themed parade, and the Avengers night show were absolutely epic.

Wow what can I say.
My family and I love Disney, we always have. We’ve been many times to Paris and Florida and purchase a lot from the Disney company including Disney +
I’m saddened to say, this may be changing.
The overall experience was good, but only because we made ourselves ignore most of the rudeness and inability to do their job properly.
Several times we went to the area that was designed for meet and greets, we arrived in plenty of time, but every time we arrived, we were told that the line was closed. The last time this happened I asked the cast member, how can the line be closed it has not even opened yet according to the app it still had 10 minutes before the line was due to open. There were about 10 people in the line, and we told that they had to finish by 5pm, it wasn’t even 4.20pm and with only 10 people in the line, I’m sure they will get through them in that time, so we could join the line. They were extremely rude and would not let us join. I explained that we had paid a lot of money and traveled a long way to be here in Disney, which is supposed to the the most magical place, only to be treated like that, it was not acceptable. Some people only come here once, so if they were treated like this l, that would be so unfair.
Also when we dined at the Pirates of the Caribbean restaurant, a very expensive place to eat, we were also not treated very nicely. We asked for drinks several times and still had to wait a long while for them. When the cast member was taking our order they could not look less interested to be there if they tried. This was our experience for most of the cast members in Disney, they behaved as if they didn’t want to be there, and they wanted to let the guests know that was the case, not magical at all, if I wanted to be treated like that I would have stayed in England and gone to our restaurant and shops. my family and I made the most of it, but as I’ve said, it wasn’t magical at all, and that, at least for me and my family, is what we pay a lot of money for, we want to escape the real world for a while and be immersed in the fantasy, well that did not exist on this trip.
One last thing. When we ordered food in Starks restaurant, not only were we told where to sit, and we had argue to sit together as a family, we were also told in a very aggressive way that we had to take out trays back when we had finished our food. We were watched the whole time we were eating, as we’re all the other guests, and when we had finished, we put all our rubbish neatly (as we could) on the tray and left it in the table, there was no obvious place to put it, as we were walking out, the person that had been watching everyone throughout the entirety of us eating, shouted at my daughter, almost poked her in the face as she was saying to her that she had to go back to the table and get the tray. I had already walked past and was not sure what she was saying. Now don’t get me wrong, I’ve worked in all sorts of job, including McDonald’s in my youth, and it was my job to clear tables, it was great if people did, but I didn’t call them back to clear their stuff, especially as we couldn’t even see where the trays had to go. I was very angry and upset by this, then a similar thing happened in another fast food place.
I really think Disney need to return to training their staff in customer services, as in my opinion it does not exist there now.

We booked few attractions with them, Eiffel Tower was lovely, where Disneyland was good, but when booking tickets description said “guarantee to skip the lines”, but unfortunately that did not work, when we contacted them they said line skipping is not included and if we want it we have to pay extra. Was very disappointed.
