MAGIC, yes exactly
This is exactly what I was trying to make my daughters experience
MAGIC, what they promise you
But in reality when you enter the park you are catapulted into your real world where you can't do or have everything because the costs are disproportionate.....
MAGIC yes but when you have to say no 3/4 times then really and MAGIC?
These are not trivial things but simple bottles of carbonated water or popcorn or simple ice creams or anything else, in short, everything or almost untouchable
You can do without gadgets even if it's impossible not to buy anything you can try but believe me it's impossible
Just think that between the water bottle and soft toys for my little ones I spent 70 euros
Don't tell me that it would have been the same at Gardaland too, at least I wouldn't have spent 4k to sleep and get there
But in the end I have to say the place is magical and for my little ones a unique experience at least I hope

Despite the not cheap price, it is one of the things to do once in your life, immerse yourself in the Disneyland fairy tale with the spectacular parades, to see as much as possible I recommend you do all the attractions in the category you are in and from there then move on to the next (there are 4 in total) if you go randomly you risk losing a lot because of the queues.

We spent 3 days at the park.
The park is still great, magical for children and sensations guaranteed for adults and teenagers. On the other hand, if you want to meet Mickey or the princesses you don't have to be in a hurry because there is more than an hour of waiting...
Too bad some attractions are closed.
Very expensive on-site catering.
Nice parade

Great! It’s been about ten years since I’ve been there, it’s still just as magical! And with 3 children (12, 7, 3 years old) over 3 days it was great!! We were able to do all the attractions without having to wait in long lines. The cast members are all friendly.

Simply magical, so enjoyed 2 days of Disney. Already dreaming of going back someday. My teenagers also enjoyed it so much that I spontaneously received a hug and a thank you when leaving the park. I was a bit worried about the waiting times, but all in all they weren't too bad.

Too much building work and too many closed rides to get five stars but a really enjoyable trip.

We bought the premier pass which was decadent but allowed us to do a lot more. On the balance between the pass or an extra day my kids (13 and 9) were exhausted after two days and a third day would have been difficult.

Overall a lot of time on your feet, and a lot of walking, we did 25000 steps each day - wear comfy shoes.

Biggest negative, other than closed rides, is the cost of food and drink which was eye-watering.

Unanimous view from the family is that the best ride is the Spiderman Webslingers.

Amazing experience it’s always been my dream to go to Disney since I was a child and my wonderful mum surprised me with a trip with my best friend her and her friend who is like a second mum to me. It was my 30th birthday at the end of last year but we unfortunately didn’t get to celebrate so this was my celebration and I honestly can’t wait to go again I really hope I can afford to go in a few years time once the new area is open and the things have been built. I was made to feel so special by cast members and characters so thank you.

Google won't let me post this for some strange reasons but I think this is a fair review.
So, I will start this off by saying the kids had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the experience however we won’t be going back as ultimately it’s the adults who make the decision and I’m afraid the company that runs the park and hotels is sub par.
Newport Bay hotel is terrible. It’s so old, not clean, the bathroom pipes in the shower smelled the whole weekend, there is never enough staff, there is no pharmacy on site or even a small convenience store on site (we were told to go to the next town or the train station), the food is awful. Nothing is healthy. Even the hotels scrambled eggs seemed to be watered down, all the meats are ultra processed and there is hardly any vegetables or fruit.
We also noticed a member of staff in the breakfast buffet use the same cloth to clean the bottom of chairs on the dirty floor to wipe the tops of the tables clean that people eat on.
Onto the park itself, the owners are clearly focusing on profit before customer service. For a venue this size and with this amount of customers on a daily basis there are hardly any staff in the park. The time even to get crepes took over 30mins and the queue wasn’t even that long. It’s just that two people were serving everyone.
Secondly, it’s not their fault but the staff just haven’t been trained well in customer service. If people are queuing so long to get things then just communicate with everyone or cheer people up waiting, or interact with the children, this is Disney land after all?!
The lack of water is a real problem. A lot of the public fountains do not work and there is hardly anyone selling bottled water.
The sign posting is pretty bad too.

All in all, the kids will have fun because it’s a “fun” place for those ages who like Disney films but be prepared as adults that it’s not well run, poor quality, slow, low customer service and unhealthy food everywhere.

So you should know that I have been a Disney fan since I was a child and this park is the dream and the magic to forget everything.
Yet one thing is that money takes precedence over magic and people who are rude and incorrect towards cast members is unacceptable but as they have money they let them do it.
Now you can pay to be ideally placed to watch the parade, and cast members for VIP limits kick you out when you're too close to the cordon.
Know to management that this attitude will not bring people back.
This park is not supposed to make a difference and simply provide an enchanted break for each person.
One thing is certain, I would be less loyal to your park.
I would like to say a big thank you to the cast members for their kindness and patience.
