We went to the park for New Year’s and it was packed. The longest wait for a ride was 30 minutes, which the kids enjoyed, and we got on most rides since the park was open till 2 am. However, the food situation was a letdown. Booking a restaurant was impossible, fast food lines were 45 minutes long, and eating on the floor in winter was unpleasant for £85. The New Year’s rush lacked crowd control, making it difficult for disabled individuals or those with strollers. It felt unsafe for our kids with people pushing through the crowds. The bus back to our hotel was chaotic, with no crowd control, making it scary for our children and, I had to physically fight people back shouting as people charged forward, I have never experienced anything like it, terrible. Overall, I expected better hospitality like in the US, but Disneyland Paris fell short with its shortage of staff their abruptness and lack of hospitality. My recommendation is going somewhere else.

Great staff, fast entry and was extremely busy as it was December 26th but everything was easy to navigate, served fast and hot and all good vibes! Were going again!

Nightmare. Full of people, huge lines, impossible to walk and see and eat. The total volume of people should be comteolled

Disneyland is a joy for everyone, we went on Christmas day and ride were lengthy waits. Lots to see and do. Ignor the don't bring food or snacks a much cheaper and healthier option.

We planned to go up the Eiffel Tower but the skumbags had sold all the remaining tickets to rip off agents who wanted £70pp. So we decided £60pp for eurodisney was better value. It was! I was particularly impressed that the steam train ? is real steam, oil fired and I suspect the all female crew is quite unique???

I wanted to get the tickets for Disney land. Most of the websites were offering the date which was after few days. Tiqet app was offering for the next day, I wanted for the same day, luckily got this app and was able to book for the same day. It saved my whole day. I booked 1 day 2 parks and the QR code worked in both the parks multiple times in a day as I was going back and forth between the park based on the long queues.

Tickets were way cheaper here than the actual site for the same type of ticket and day. Was easy to just scan and go in and didn’t run into any issues. Definitely will buy from this site again when I come next.

I’m not sure what is happening at Disneyland Paris but it has definitely lost its magic. I am an annual pass holder and every time we have visited this year it’s got gradually worse.

We normally stay at New York hotel or Newport Bay, but decided to try Sequoia lodge this time. We booked a Golden Forest room and arrived just after the private reception closed at 10pm. The receptionist in the main entrance could not have been more rude if he tried. I asked a few questions and he was completely disinterested, could string two words together and gave us our pack with no information on what was available to us. As a golden forest guest, you are meant to get help with your bags, but this didn’t happen and he had no interest in helping us further.

Got to the room which is dilapidated and needs a good refurb, Disney really need to look at these rooms.

We went to the park the following morning and the tickets had been automatically added to the app when I booked them. When we got to the ticket barriers the app wouldn’t download the QR code required to scan even though you could clearly see the tickets on the app. I spoke to the cast member by the gate and explained what was as happening and she just shrugged and said, you need the QR code or you can’t come in. I then spoke to another cast member who was equally disinterested and just kept saying that they needed the code or we couldn’t come in. I asked to speak with a manager to rectify the situation but they said one wasn’t available. Every staff member I dealt with just seemed to not want to be there. Disney cast members are meant to be helpful and welcoming but staff in Paris just don’t care at all about the customer experience.

We had dinner at Bistrot Chez Rémy and the waiter did not smile once. He came across as really not wanting to be there, surly and unresponsive, I had to get up
Multiple times to request items from other servers such as salt and pepper, cutlery and the bill.


I found Disneyland Paris dirty and badly maintained. Dirty and disgusting toilets, food and rubbish on the floor in the parks and restaurants, dilapidated hotels with stained chairs and broken furniture, and staff that couldn’t care less. I love Disney, we travel to the US parks regularly and I feel real disappointment at how awful DLP has become and I am amazed at the level of disdain from the cast members.

I won’t be renewing my annual pass and won’t be returning any time soon to DLP. I would contact DLP customer service but they don’t care either and I’m sure someone will be along on here soon to write some platitude about how they take this seriously and will pass on details to management. But it makes no difference because ultimately they don’t care as long as the money keeps rolling in.

We enjoyed our trip to Paris Disneyland. The Viator app was easy to use and got us in the park easily.
