The escort on our trip was terrible. She barely spoke English and she did I couldn’t understand her. Once we got to Pisa she turned us over to a tour guide which was better, but had to the tour in both English and Italian which took up time we could have spent doing more. When we got to Lucca at least there were two different guides (one for the Italian speaking people one for the English speaking people. She was excellent.

Relaxing Tour and Sarah, one of the tour guides, is so charming and helpful - thank you. I throughly enjoyed the guided tour in Pisa with the local guide Michaela, who is very knowledgeable. Lucca is a very pretty town and has a great vibe making it worth seeing.
Also a huge thank you to driver who got us safel there and back.
