Our guide was fantastic. However, the van was over 1.5 hours late to pick me up. The van was a 13 seater and we had 14 people in our group. The vans air conditioner was not working consistently making for a very uncomfortable drive.

Our tour started more than an hour late. Despite the delay, we had a great experience. Our driver and tour guide, Francisco, was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I really enjoyed learning some of the history of Puerto Rico, and learning about the flora and fauna of the rain forest. Definitely a must-do when in Puerto Rico.

Our group pickup time was 8 am, the van showed up around 930am. We barely fit into the van and the a/c was intermittent so it was pretty uncomfortable for some. Our tour guide was great. Francisco was polite, very knowledgeable and patient with us but the rainforest was beautiful but a little underwhelming.

Frankie, our guide was very knowledgeable and super friendly! We saw many different plants while in the rainforest and stopped at a waterfall on the way to the observation tower.

This tour was perfect for the adults in our group, as we all enjoyed the slow stroll through the rainforest. Frankie was our tour and he was fabulous! He was funny and knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time making sure we learned all about the different plants and trees around us, as well as the history, culture, and fun facts about Puerto Rico. The only negative for us was that this was not the most exciting tour for our 2 teenagers (14 and 17).

We were very excited to see a rain forest. Our guide Frank was extremely knowledgeable about the forest and also very entertaining. We hope to return and see more of what Puerto Rico has to offer

Frankie was a fantastic and enthusiastic guide! My only comment is that we followed the directions and didn’t bring anything with us, including our phones. Wish we had had our phones with us to take pictures. Others on the bus had backpacks, shopping bags, etc. If we had known that we could leave bags on the bus, that would have been helpful.

Frankie was an amazingly enthusiastic tour guide. His knowledge of the area, historical information and understanding of the rain forest was awesome. He called us all familia and made everyone feel comfortable. Truly worth the trip without having to hike for hours to see the beauty it has to offer. Even a little rain couldn't dampen the trip.

Tour was incredible and comprehensive. I would recommend to anyone coming to the forest for the first time. Frankie was effervescent and lent a lot to the trip with personal stories and how much he cared for the group.

Our tour guide was the best! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He talked to us a lot but never made that annoying. I feel like it was money well spent on a fantastic tour of the rainforest.
