The reservation specialist was very flexible with our meeting point destination.
The transportstion people were very friendly and knowledgeable. The guides were excellent. It is a long day expect to be there all day long. They provided us with beverages for our long hot adventure.

This tour was very good and informational. My wife and I enjoyed every part of it from visiting the cenote to the beautiful city of Valladolid and the Chichen Itza was a beautiful site.

The excursion as a whole was great. We had a very knowledgeable tour guide. However, the lunch was unacceptable. Who serves lunch with no beverage. For that alone, I would not recommend this 12l-hour excursion.
