After a bumpy start... we were passed from counter to counter, the coffee shop no longer has the same name as it is sold by; the booking/reservation was not found at first, so we couldn't sit down even though everything was empty and had to wait outside the café, the lady must have been having a bad day... everything went well. Lovingly served food and delicious tea. Very courteous service staff.

A wonderful experience in a beautiful environment. Visiting the Emirates Palace Mandarin Hotel is unforgetable, from the palatial tiled lobby with its immense ceiling, the grand staircase, chandeliers and Episodes floral layout, you wont be disappointed. The Palace Cappuccino in a beautiful china cup and saucer is delightful with a delicious light cake, and attentive staff who ensure you are having the best time. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Spectacular place but not worth it to book diner at the vendôme restaurent. The dishes were very basic not worth the price. Drinks are extra to pay. I do not recommend it. However I do recommend visiting the palace or very beautiful.

We did not stay in this grand hotel but had a wonderful buffet lunch at its restaurant. It was a wonderful dining experience in terms if the quality and varieties of food, the atmosphere of the place and the warm service we received.

We had already been there a few years ago and the service remains high level… so does the price.
Attentive and very professional staff. The teas offered are very varied and some are rather rare.
Delicious and numerous pastries including a small extra pantone
We left taking with us the few remaining pastries which were luxuriously packaged.
The only big problem is the lobby of the hotel which is close to us and which is noisy and invaded by noisy tourists, mainly Chinese, who should not have free access to a hotel of this level. It’s disturbing and takes away all the charm of the place, which remains sumptuous.

Nice view, unfortunately a lot of cars drive past. The afternoon tea was very good. Service is nice but extremely slow. Very dirty, pillows with stains and generally dirty. This is not appropriate for a 5* hotel
