We were left stranded.
I had pick up time issues. I corresponded with (on Jan 2nd, prior to payment) and received an acknowledgement that the request for an earlier pick up (on Jan 5th) had been handled with the transport company in Auckland by Viator Customer Service.
On Jan 5th (5 min after updated pick up time), my transport service had no knowledge of that information.
The reservation form only required a flight departure time and transport was based on that time. There was no place to add comments. We were required to disembark the cruise ship by 0900, but had a 1550 flight departure. There was no appropriate place for us to remain at the port for the 3 1/2 hrs.
The Viator Customer Service advised that our pick up time had been updated and adjusted. The Transport company had no record of that. I was able to contact the transport company after no one showed up at our updated time and get an earlier pick up time than the original, but it was an hour later than I had requested. Since I have no international calling plan, I'm not sure how much that call will cost me.

Pick up from hotel on time polite and courteous driver. Smooth and great driver. Arrived at airport with sufficient time.

This was my first time using this service and wasn’t too sure how it works but was very happy with the outcome as I was picked up on time and arrived at airport in plenty of time for my flight.

Was somewhat concerned that the transfer wouldn’t be timely but the driven arrived a couple minutes early and was pleasant and helpful. Ride to airport from central Auckland to almost one hour in heavier traffic. No issues so a good outcome.

Morning Experience
I arrived in Auckland, found the super shuttle location, spoke to the driver and was directed to a shuttle which left promptly and delivered me to my location. (very helpful driver)
Afternoon experience
I received a phone call at 3:16 which I could not pick up and then another call at 3:33 alerting me that the shuttle was awaiting me to take me back to Auckland Domestic Airport, the problem was that I has asked to be picked up at 5:30 pm not delivered to the airport by 5:30. I asked if I could be rescheduled as per my booking and was advised that no shuttles were available until 9:00pm which would mean that I would miss my flight. This meant that I needed to arrange at short notice another method of transporting myself to the airport at a cost of approx $63. I would like to be either compensated for the additional transport that I had to arrange or at the very least refunded the $36 shuttle fee. Please feel free top contact me on +64 21614764. In early October we made a booking for the shuttle to take us from the car hire office to Auckland Airport, leaving at 3.00pm. At about 3.20p, when the shuttle has not arrived we called the company. It took about 10 minutes for the phone to be answered. The women who answered the phone firstly could not find our booking, the she said it was a booking for us to be collected at the airport. When we told her that was wrong, she then said she would check what has happened and put us on hold. We waited about 18 minutes, and at that stage disconnected and booked a cab.
The cab fare was NZ$171.90, and we expect a refund of that payment

Our driver Grant was waiting at baggage claim with a pad with my name. After the intro he directed me to point our bags as them came on the belt and he would pick them up. He was so nice and helpful. By the way our flight was almost 1 hr late. He said he was monitoring the flight arrival. On the drive to the hotel we asked questions and Grant gave us some great/helpful recommendations/information.

Would not recommend using this service again. Despite establishing the pick up time well in advance, the shuttle didn't arrive until 40 minutes past the designated time. There was no follow up or updates noting this delay from the operator despite my multiple outreach efforts. The blame was then unfortunately placed on the driver and at least two other individuals on the same shuttle completely missed their flights. Operator did not follow up thereafter with any offerings of a discount or refund.

I would give zero stars. I booked 3 days in advance and had no communication at all, I had to find another option early in the morning before my morning departure.

Driver came on time & was very personable. He had 2 stops & we were the first. He made us feel welcome in his care & drove safely to get us to our destination.
