Alan was a wonderful driver. Attentive, thoughtful, and had great information to share about Singapore. He also helped us bring our bags right into the early check-in counter at the airport. I give Alan my highest recommendation.

The tour operator contacted me in advance on the size and number of luggages making sure that the car was good. The driver Alan arrived at the set time, helped loading the luggage and was mindful about my wife who is less mobile. He also told us about the Singapore housing scheme and reminded us to visit the Jewel in Terminal 1.

Amy and Alan, the owners of this company, were so pleasant and easy to work with. Alan was prompt picking us up and shared a lot of information about Singapore on our ride to the airport. If we are ever in Singapore again, we will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!!

We used Rui Transport Services via Viator for our two recent visits to Singapore and we cannot fault the service. The office was in regular contact via What's App and our late arrival on the first transfer did not pose a problem. Alan the driver advised us of the luggage carousel our bags would be on and was waiting as we exited this area. The transport provided was as expected from the Viator ample for 4 people and our excessive amount of luggage. The gift of a family photo on the last transfer was very much appreciated.

Wow.. this is something simple a ride to and from the airport but Amy and Alan were amazing! Great communication, soo friendly and nice. They are a small business and they make you feel welcomed! Their vechile is very nice and relaxing, very timely and just a great experience. You have lots of transportation choices but they make you feel like family!!
