The guide was great! Very knowledgeable and tried to fit in as much as she could in the time frame she has. BUT the tour started about 45 min late and the bus we were on had no air conditioning. It was a very hot day. We were not informed by the driver that there was no air until someone asked him otw back.

Wow! Luco was the best tour guide ever! We loved his candor and his ability to speak very good English! He showed us the city and took all of the stress out of touring. He dropped us off at various exciting locations and gave us time to visit and tour before picking us up. He even took us to an authentic Italian restaurant..

The tour we signed up for Deluxe Rome Private for 4 people. Was not what we were given when we docked It was a tour of 35 people Didn’t get to go inside of the. Vadican. Or the Colosseum. very disappointed. Only bright spot was Andrea our guide he had the greatest personality. And we are supposed to get a parcel refund. We would have looked for another travel co. To see Rome like we wanted to.
