The entire crew were consummate professionals from start to finish providing engaging education on Hawaiian culture and geography, creating a fun and safe sailing environment, and offering great hospitality at every moment. You can tell they love their jobs and care about your party having an enjoyable experience! Captain Jen, Jess, Julian, and Dawn were amazing!

Major conflict pro and cons…. I booked thru aviator which I will not ever do again. They are not consumer friendly. Kaua’i Sea Adventure the actual tour company cancelled Lucky Lady due to lack of crew. We were not notified until last minute- and either reschedule or take another tour- different boat and shorter duration for slightly less cost.
I felt under pressure to make decision as rep from company was not very informed regarding details.
I selected to keep the date and departure time for smaller craft.
The good news is that the trip itself was great. The crew captain Jennifer Cole was really great, and very helpful.
I would recommend the tour to Napali coast- however I have heard from a few sources that Kaiui Sea Adventures has cancelled lucky lady several times- so buyer beware

This was a fabulous trip! We had a calm day and Captain Kauai was able to take us right up to the cliffs where we could stand under a waterfall and see into the caves. The views were stunning and the staff on the boat were very attentive.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the views were great. Sadly couldnt snorkel due to poor conditions but was still a good time

Excellent trip. Fun group running it. Good food, drinks if you want it. Good ship. They kept you safe on as the boat moved, it is the ocean so expect that ;)
