Wonderful trip, very informative about historical points of the trip. Awesome crew and fantastic Captain who took us up close to the Napoli Coastline caves and rock formations. A must do!

Booked this tour months in advance for Christmas Eve, only to be called 3 days before we arrive with a cancellation, due to reportedly a boat in extended dry dock. Of course every other business that offers Napali coast tours is booked up. Spending a shear fortune to come to Kauai and now can’t see the most featured coast line. They had no contingency plan.

They cancelled my tour 12 days in advance and l was unable to book a similar tour due to the late notice.
In October 2023 I booked a snorkel tour on a large catamaran sailboat for December 29. On December 17 they cancelled the tour due to boat maintenance. They offered to put us on a smaller power boat that you have sit down on the whole time. That was just not going to work with two active kids. This is a very busy season and I was unable to find a similar sailing tour during our trip. We are very disappointed and will definitely not trust this company again.

This was the most horrible experience I had in Hawaii. These guys are very hard to deal with and not very nice. Partly the weather was bad so that wasn't their fault but they promised me I would be able to cancel if the weather was bad and they wouldn't let me. In addition we were supposed to be on a sailboat and all they had was a motorboat, VERY VERY VERY VERY disappointed with this tour company. Find somebody else. IF I COULD READ THEM A MINUS STAR I WOULD

Had to rebook x 3 and take the smaller due to weather . Company was very helpful in notification and rebooking - bit it was a great adventure with a super crew - highly recommend

When I asked the captain why this trip wasn’t re-scheduled due to 25 foot swells. Also asked about our chances of snorkeling, knowing damn well there was no way with the surge and huge waves, told us 80% that we would?… seemed like a money grab

We saw so many dolphins! Captain and crew were great. Would definitely recommend! We snorkeled, had a breakfast sandwich (at about lunch times), and saw the beautiful coast.

The crew was terrific. They were always on the lookout for ways to help. We had a poor snorkeling day but saw a sea turtle and lots of spinner dolphins including a baby. The cliffs were every bit as incredible as we've seen in the movies and it was an altogether great day on the water.

Had a great day on and in the water. We seen some wildlife ( dolphins, turtles and fish. The coast was breath taking beautiful.
