Awesome experience, picked up in a clean landcruiser, driver was communicative. Arturo the pilot was very nice and knowledgeable (he has been flying hot air ballons for more than 30 years, after all), and Odan the falcon was also very nice. Since there were several hot air balloons flying at the same time, the falcons took turn to fly. The falconeer let Odan flew after we reached certain altitude, and Odan managed to return to our balloon every time. And all passengers were given the chance to take pictures with the falcon.
We were quite fortunate to see several gazelles in the desert too.
After the hot air balloon trip, we stopped by a camp where good breakfast buffet was served, and we can take a short camel ride, horse ride, and get henna tattoos for free.
Overall, the experience was really good, although a bit expensive.

It is my first ever hot air balloon and it was surreal. I did not expect things to see but I did experience them. Super great! from the mountain of Oman border to Downtown Dubai and Abu dhabi!
Our Captain Volkan told us that we are floating because we follow wind direction. We are not flying as to what people think it is because flying means going against the wind.
I want to go back with my friends so we can try the hot air balloonning again as well as the sky diving via hot air balloon.

We had hot air balloon ride today, it was amazing experience our tour captain SIMBA was generous to guide us properly, also our pilot was very nice and humble made us enjoy the trip and was very interactive with us, would love to have a trip again.

We started off with hotel pick up. Jamal was the BEST driver! Very safe and engaged in conversation about life in the UAE, best spots to visit and more. He took pictures for us before and after the hot air balloon ride. He also stopped the car several times so we could capture videos/ photos of the camels on the race track. The entire experience was wonderful. The hot air balloon ride with the sun rising and other hot air balloons in the sky was a breathtaking sight. The falcon was a once in a lifetime experience, holding it and watching it in flight. We also did the breakfast buffet which included fresh juice, a variety of meats, baked goods and typical breakfast items like eggs. All of the men working with the horses and camels were very friendly. The woman who did my henna went above and beyond on my design. Every part of this trip was well organized and better than expected!

Definitely recommed this hot air balloon ride package, had an absolutely amazing time. Great customer service provided by Pinal and the all the staff involved. Clear communication throughout, crew were great, and driver was prompt. A once in a lifetime experience!
