Never ever have we come away with such reluctance to leave a tour!! What a day! 4.5hrs of relaxation, great crew who answered questions and went out of their to ensure the passengers received the best! I've never had sea urchin before and to have them picked freshly from the sea we could not get fresher! What a surprise! So wonderful and now a new favourite on my seafood list. The salmon served on salt blocks was also marvellous!
There was a good component of education on th the seafood and the Tasmanian Salmon Farms.
I just don't know what to say, it was all so good and I feel my words are not enough to do it justice. I did not want it to end. A true joy and l was living the dream.
The staff/crew wonderful, the food nothing less and certainly surpassed gourmet with quality and presentation. I am going to be talking about this great day for a long time and will recommend it to everyone. It might be restrictive by cost but as a once in a lifetime experience it should not be missed! Every moment is now treasured.

A very enjoyable day shared with 8 other guests and a great friendly and knowledgeable crew. It was fun watching the day's variety of local seafood being prepared and cooked before sampling. Our launch was very clean and comfortable. Totally recommend.

From the start to finish the tour was wonderful. The crew is super friendly and makes sure you have whatever you want at all times. The food was delicious and so varied, lobster, oyster, abalone, salmon, periwinkles and sea urchin. There is nothing better than getting to see your food come from the ocean and prepared in front of you. For any one looking to have a great day out on the water and see some beautiful parts of Tasmania around Hobart and eat delicious seafood this tour is for you! I highly recommend Tasmanian Seafood Adventures!

If you love seafood, DO THIS. Full stop. Just worth every penny.
The food itself was so so so fresh. Straight out of the water and into your belly, but it was much more than just a dining experience.
The hospitality, sights and education were all exemplary. They cater to your every need and everything is just top notch. No detail is too small and I would gladly do this again the next time I visit!!

My brother and I recently experienced the most amazing and authentic Tassie seafood experience ever! We're Tasmanians so we're used to fresh seafood however having staff dive down and collect sea creatures and then cook and prepare them for you right on deck brought freshness to a whole new level!
Shane and his team were informative, personable, knowledgeable and truly professional throughout the 4.5 hour journey to the tip of Bruny Island and down the channel.
I would recommend this to anyone who loves fresh seafood and wants to learn more about what the Tassie water ways have to offer.
A brilliant and fun filled day on the water topped off with some fine Tassie sparkling. What more could you ask for?!

The views where amazing, staff so professional and knowledgeable. Had a wonderful time, food was well prepared and presented and plenty of it. Highly recommend, will do this again when back in Hobart.
