Tour bus was late so we had to wait around for a bit. They sent another tour bus so that was good. Once on the bus, the tour guide had to state everything in several languages which is understandable but made for a tiring ride with limited description of sites along the way. There was confusion about what time we were to return to the bus which different members of the tour team telling us different times. We arrived at Versailles were given our entrance tickets and turned lose and told to return. This was ok by me as we didn't want a guided tour, however when I looked at the Versailles entrance ticket and saw how little it cost for myself and my daughter, I realized most of the tour cost was for the bus ride. We could have easily saved ourselves money and taken the train ourselves for the amount we paid. We met the bus to return and it was generally a silent ride back to Paris.

Poor service. No audio at all. Can access only the palace. Have to pay extra if I want to go to the garden. Do not pick me up at the time they informed me.
