Initially we planned the Tour to Amalfi but due to road closure we were offerred the Tour combination of Pompei-Sorrento- Positano. In the morning we met our guide Cesare in front of Ramada hotel and waited for the rest of the group, which without any message did not show up at all. So it went even better for us as it became our private tour. Cesare is very friendly and professional guide. He knows a lot of interesting stories about the history and culture and also some funny facts, what makes the whole atmosphere of the tour level up. We went through all important places and stops, had enough time for food and pictures. Definitelly recommended by us.

The beauty of Sorrento and Positsno. Pompeii was a bit overwhelming. If I were to do Pompeii again I would definitely have a guide.

It was a great tour. The tour guide arrived on time and the air conditioned van was very comfortable. We got to spend enough time at each location with still leaving enough time for the next stop. It was beautiful and worth the money.

Our ship arrived late, and therefore we couldn't make it on time for the tour. But we were there! We were hoping that the tour operator would have kept tabs on the ship and when it arrived. Surely this is a common occurrence? And if they depended on cruise ship passengers, they should have been checking the scheduled arrivals for their guests.
When we called the operator using a taxi driver's cell phone, they said they waited for us for 45 minutes and that they tried to contact us. We didn't get a single call from them and we couldn't call because of issues with our service. So they left without us --- had they checked with the ship, they would have known what the issue was.
They decided we were no shows, and refused to refund even a portion of what we paid! Terrible, terrible experience!

The tour was very disorganized overall. We saw Positano and spend some time in Sorrento end Pompeii. Everything was fine until we got to Pompeii. We wasted a lot of time in line to buy a ticket ( what I think should be provided in advance), there was a wheelchair guy in the tour and we had to constantly carry him around because Pompeii is an archeologic site and not much Handicap Friendly - that took so much time that we couldn't enjoy Pompeii and we got to our Cruise Ship 30 min late and almost lost it. I am only giving them a few stars because our driver Daniel was great driver ( he made everything he could to get us to our ship) and the tour guide Danielle was funny and knowledgeable.

The tour was fine. But the directions for the pick up place was do confusing! We end up making everyone late. There was no place that it said take a shuttle to the pick up place

Stefano and Danielle took us on the tour - they did a great job with a busy schedule - heavy traffic with 3 ships in port - just the right amount of info - good comms for knowing where to meet etc - great day ?

This was a great tour with guide Danni & driver Daniel. We hit a little hiccup, an accident along the only road to Positano, which got us stuck in 2 hours of standstill traffic. It shortened our stops, but nothing that could be controlled. Danni made it fun by getting to know people on our bus, making jokes and talking about the history of Naples. She was passionate and knowledgeable. When we got to Pomeii, we had a guide waiting for us (Miriam) who was also amazing - we had a physically handicapped person with us and she was very respectful accommodating as well. Daniel was a superstar driver, as those roads can NOT be easy to drive a tour bus on but he did a great job. And Danni made the ride enjoyable.

Our tour leader was great and patient but not necessarily a tour guide. Did her best to keep us engaged. We were left to explore by ourselves at various stops so did not get much history of the place as your would have to pay separately for another tour guide for the major sites. Overall it was an ok tour. Nothing really exciting to me about Naples personally.
