Day trip from Casablanca to Marrakech

I can’t express how much my Mom and I enjoyed our day trip from Casablanca to Marrakech. Our driver, Said, was so kind, humorous, and knowledgeable about Casablanca, the area between the city and Marrakech, and Moroccan culture. We always felt very safe and welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him. Once we arrived in Marrakech, we met our guide, Abdul. He was friendly and also very knowledgeable about the history of the city and gave us a nice walking tour of the massive Souk, Bahia Palace, Jemaa El-Fna Square (complete with photos of snake charmers and Moroccan performers), and Jardin Majorelle. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Le Jardin, then had the pleasure of returning to Casablanca with Said, who would make for a great tour guide himself. He went above and beyond for us, and on our return visit to Morocco, we plan on booking a trip to the Sahara and Blue City through Viator and Excelance Trans again. We had such a great time and look forward to meeting our new friend on a longer trip in the future. We loved this trip, thank you so much for the wonderful memories!

Once canceled due to earthquake, but rebooked at a last minute and we were very happy we did. We had a comfortable mini van with a friendly driver, and a local guide who was very knowledgeable. Great for a family or a private party.

Wonderfull trip with Mr Saad the best touristic guide, he was so kind and give us explanation about the sites of marrakech and outside marrakech with Agafay nice desert place to enjoy Bbest tajines and moroccan desert vibes. I highly recommand him.

The 5 star rating is for the driver, Siad (not spelled right)...he was amazing, spoke great English and on the 2 1/2 hour drive from our cruise ship to Marrakech he told us the history of the area. On the return trip, we were running late, so he himself purchased a pass, so we could go through the toll booths quicker. What a wonderful man!.. However, our tour guide that we picked up in Marrakeh (Usef) (joseph), I would only recommend to people who like to speed walk. At our first stop he asked us who the banker was, for he wanted us to pay to enter. Luckily I had brought my Viator paper saying that we had already paid to visit the sites. He had to call the company twice, for he was unaware of what we were to see. When I told him we were to see the gardens, he replied that we would not have time and showed us a secret garden instead. We had just started the tour, so there was time. Also, he kept wanting to show us the university and we told him 3 times we were not interested. We wanted to shop in the markets of Merrakech, but he walked at top speed and rarely looked back. At one point we stopped to buy scarfs and he was not happy and I heard him say that he did not like stopping to buy things in the market. He did take us to a beautiful place to buy our spices and shoes. So, perhaps Usef would be a great guide for someone who likes more expensive things to buy and can walk very fast.

Mr Saad very good and excellent driver and guide was very knowledgeable and answred many questions would recommand this tour to other travellers

It was very nice experience, our driver was nice informed, took us to the main sights of the city! He made our trip an amazing one!

I am really satisfied with the quality service.
The schedules are respected during the trip which happened in very good condition with safe driving as well as the availability of the driver who takes his time to show us the desired places.
I recommend this transport company.
