Really enjoyed the ride over to the Red Sea from Cairo. Felt a real connection to history there. Service was great. It was cool and windy but awesome to be there. Wish Moses was there to part it...woulda been great to walk over to Saudi Arabia.

Americans such as ourselves may not love the long and hectic drive to the coast from Cairo, but the turquoise and blue seas provide a welcome contrast to the sandy city.
The resort was shabby, compared to western resort standards, but the provided buffet lunch was really quite tasty (and we just used the resort room to change in and store our belongings).
The beach has lounge chairs with umbrella, a pool, and a swimming area cordoned off from the sea.
The driver and guide were friendly and professional.
If you keep expectations in check, you’ll enjoy a day away from Cairo and relax beside the Red Sea.

The experience on the whole was amazing. The driver and the guide were kind and the trip has happened with no problems. The landscape is pretty and the facility is nice.
However we had too short time there. We´ve arrived at about 10:30 AM and hat to leave at 15:00 PM. It´s maybe not worth it to spend almost 5 hours in a car to stay just 4,5 hours there.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. This was not value for money. My driver was friendly but I was harassed by men at the hotel, the lunch was not very good and cost $35. I ended up feeling very irritated. Such a shame.

Car with driver came to pick up on time, service was good. Car was clean and tidy. Driver name is Shady. He was very friendly and lively .
I would recommend him as your guide and driver.

Very smooth and relaxing ride! Injad a wonderful time at the red sea and enjoyed the food as well. Experience was tailored perfectly for me and I really loved having the day room! You do not need a guide for this only a driver.

It sounds nice in the description. The actual beach appears less than 300 yards and looks more like a large pool. I thought, "I dont want to spend a day of the brief time I am in Cairo at this crappy beach resort". My guide (Hakeem) was great. He and the driver took me to the Egyptian Civilization Museum after a brief time at the resort It was a nice save of a potentially wasted day.

Ever go somewhere and it's so beautiful that you could just spend your whole life there and pics don't do it justice? That's how the views from this hotel were.
Our guide was good, I think they mostly act as an interpreter because I'd say that Egypt isn't like Turkey, Spain, or Colombia which I've been to where mostly every place (tourist spot at least) we went people spoke good English.
The hotel itself was a bit long in the tooth but it was kept up well but it did have a slight abandoned vibe. It didn't matter because our day room was pretty nice and me and my wife agreed we wouldn't have been opposed to spending the night. We didn't get the option to eat beachside but that wasn't the end of the world. There was a buffet in the hotel restaurant and the food was good.
Now when you go to swim you'll be presented with two option. You can go to the right which is a bit enclosed and has smaller rocks or to the left where it's more open but has a bunch of rocks. When we went to the left it was quite unpleasant and you probably need to have on some kind of swimming shoes to go on that side.
One criticism was that we were supposed to be at the hotel for 6 hours. We really ended up being there more like 4 hours. It was enough to do everything we wanted to do but....we also paid you guys for 6 hours.
Overall, I liked the service. I liked having a private driver and guide so that I wasn't on a bus surrounded by strangers or competing for attention from my guide. We go to make stops that were built in. Plus the food was very good

The tour was not bad. The tour guide was very nice and everything was very well organized. The people went over the top to ensure we had a great time and even made it extra special with a cake and music when they learned that the trip was a birthday gift, However, please be made aware that a private hotel room is Not included.... The changng room is worse than a outhouse, with 2 poorly maintained showers and a toilet stall. Th resort is pretty shabby and not close to 4 star... I feel like there was false advertisement. Lunch was served on the beach, not inside a restaurant . It was beautifulyl done and plenty but I would have preferred indoor dining,as it was too hot and I hate flies when I'm trying to eat.
