The temporary itinerary includes: return transfers from Cairns, Port Douglas and Northern Beaches, Scenic Coastal Drive, Daintree River Cruise with light morning tea of coffee, tea and biscuits, Interpretative drive over the Alexandra Range, Guided beach walk, Lunch in a rainforest setting, Tropical fruit ice-cream (included), Daintree River ferry crossing, Mossman Gorge guided rainforest walk on a selection of trails and elevated boardwalks (easy grade), visit the Mossman River Lookout and Suspension Bridge and enjoy an invigorating freshwater swim (swim is subject to river conditions).

This tour was well planned and jam packed full of great experiences. The small group tour made it east to learn about the area and ask questions to the friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. The 4wd bus was super comfortable. We spotted 3 crocs on our river cruise, had an amazing lunch and experienced some great views of the Daintree and cape tribulation

We really enjoyed this day trip! Our guide Mark was knowledgeable and friendly, and we appreciated the individual pickup and comfy bus. The riverboat tour was beautiful, but our favorite was the trail walk through the Daintree Rainforest! We wish we could have spent more time there. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this tour to any visitors!

A very enjoyable day out on this tour which started at pick up time of 7.15am from our resort to drop off time at 5.00pm. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and kept us all up to date with what we could expect on the tour at every place we were to stop at. The morning tea, lunch and ice cream stop were all great and our walk through the forest on the boardwalk was amazing with lots of photo opportunities. We loved the boat cruise down the river looking for crocodiles and it was so quiet and peaceful out there. My only complaint was the very rough ride that my husband and I experienced sitting at the very back of the bus as a lot of the seats were taken by single people travelling on their own and we wanted to be seated together. So only the back seat was available when we got on the bus. But apart from that, everything else was great. Highly recommended.

Great informative guide, ticked all boxes, great lunch. Saw crocs on the boat trip. Bus was a little uncomfortable but it is a 4wd so to be expected

Brilliant day! We saw and learned so much. Guide Rohan was amazing; he struck a good balance between science and history (both Europen and Indigenous), emphasizing what makes the area unique and significant.
The river cruise was interesting, only one local crocodile was around, but still lots of great information and beautiful scenery.
Fantastic experience and a must for any visitors to the area.

We had a fabulous day out with Billy Tea Safaris. Our tour guide Gav was very informative and was great fun. A highlight of the day was seeing the crocodiles on the water edge during our river trip. I would highly recommend this trip.

Let me start by saying that the tour guide- Rohan was amazing. He gave such a comprehensive commentary on the rainforest and historical tidbits as applicable. The tour is a whole day - so plan accordingly. The views on the way were really nice too with a view of the ocean on one side for a part of the drive. The rainforest walk was nice and Ro was an expert guide sharing info about the insects and plants and other wildlife. The river cruise was good and we saw two crocodiles. Overall, a good tour of the oldest rainforest. Must see- it’s a unesco world heritage site.

We had an excellent experience on this tour. Daniel, our driver and guide, gets a 5-star review! He was efficient, polite and very knowledgeable about the area, and especially the flora and fauna, which he expertly pointed out for us during the tour. Saw several crocodiles on the river cruise, enjoyed the rainforest walk, and tasted yummy ice cream. Lunch was pleasant. The only suggestion I would have would be a consideration of substituting the river swim for a trip to Mossman Gorge, if time would permit.

Had a great day. Would highly recommend it. Rohan our guide was extremely knowledgeable and always helpful. Bus was excellent, well air conditioned and extremely comfortable. Good for an afternoon nap on the way home after a long day.
