Jaimie was the most amazing guide. So knowledgeable, such deep respect, so engaging. We got so much more out of the experience by taking the tour with Jaimie than if we visited on our own. Such a confronting topic, yet he handled it sensitively and we feel like we came away so much more enlightened. Can’t recommend this tour highly enough.

Our experience on the Dachau tour with Jamie as our guide was a highlight of our time in Munich. Despite the larger group size (about 22 people), Jamie skilfully managed it, ensuring ample opportunities for questions throughout the tour. His wealth of knowledge about the Dachau experience and German history overall was remarkable.
What set this tour apart was Jamie's ability to intertwine human narratives into the historical context. Amidst the staggering accounts of atrocities, he shared personal stories that offered a profound connection to the history. Jamie presented the harsh reality of Dachau with a respectful and matter-of-fact approach, and at all times honouring the victims.
The timing of the tour, departing Munich at 9 am and returning by 1:30 pm, felt just right for absorbing such profound information. However, Jamie's narration meant the time passed quickly and we could have listened to him well into the afternoon.
Without a doubt, we highly recommend this tour if you find yourself in Munich. Jamie's expertise and the depth of the experience made it an unforgettable and enlightening journey into history.

The experience was extraordinary, the topic of the visit is quite terrifying but Scott made it much easier, as he knows how to conduct the explanations in a more easy way, without missing or omitting any facts. We highly recommend this tour.

This tour with Scott far exceeded my expectations. I only signed up because individual tickets through Dachau itself are sold out months in advance, so this was the only way to get in. But I’m so glad it turned out this way. Scott was extremely informative and also respectful of the subject matter. He really placed Dachau in context within the history of the Holocaust, and made it a much more meaningful experience than I could have had on my own.
