As a solo and first-time traveler to Dubai, I was extremely pleased with the professional and stellar services I received from Orient Tours, in collaboration with my local tour company from Tanzania, Alfazulu.
The team helped me select and narrow down activities and accommodations within my interests and budget before I left my original destination. The process was very straightforward and prompt, given that I had informed them of my arrival only 2 days prior.
I had a detailed itinerary and all my activity vouchers sent to me in advance. Upon my arrival in Dubai, I was greeted with flowers and cake! What a treat! Throughout my stay, the team was constantly in touch with me directing me on my pick-up and drop-off arrangements and ensuring I was safe and sound. They went the extra mile to even track my traffic movements with my drivers and requested extra waiting times for activities I was slightly delayed for.
Furthermore, the team was exceedingly quick and gracious in resolving any misunderstandings. I was heard and understood without any pushback from the team. I was even lucky enough to receive a generous complimentary offer to watch the La Perle show.
I fell sick on my last day and the driver assigned to drop me off at the airport was so kind. He offered me first aid medication which enabled me to have the strength to walk through the airport and board my flight on time.
I 100% recommend Orient Tours for any form of travel arrangement, solo or family. They go above and beyond for their customers and the experience is worth EVERY PENNY.
A very special thanks goes to Ali Mansoor who was on top of my stay, even guiding me through malls. Ali, you are a superstar! Thanks to Hemalina for your coordination of events. Many thanks to all the amazing drivers and tour guides who shuttled me around, they were all soooo courteous and caring. Last, but not least, to the superwoman who guided my decisions and every move, Vaheeda, you are simply the best.

Faisal was very nice and very knowledgeable. It is a great tour if you want to have a quick overview of the Dubai. Burj Khalifa is a must.

Great tour especially since we only had 2 days in Dubai. Nimesh was very knowledgeable and gracious. He is very informative, personable, and friendly. We didn’t have an agenda planned, but told Nimesh what we were interested in, and he took us to many hidden gems in Dubai. Truly one of the best excursions ever, don’t hesitate to book, and ask for Nimesh.
Would highly recommend. A must do specially if you are short with time. A great way to see Dubai with kids. I had to reschedule this tour a couple times because of flight delays and Orient Tours worked with me patiently to make it happen.

I waited to review this tour in the hopes that the title would be changed in response to other posts. Since it hasn't, I don't feel bad leaving three stars. This is basically a hop on hop off tour of Dubai. There is no information given, no theme of development, just driving between major places in Dubai. It was great getting to so many different locations without paying for a cab. However, don't go into this expecting to learn about Dubai.

Reasonably priced and acts as a good primer for places to revisit if done at the start of your stay. My particular tour had issues with picking up another party from a different hotel meaning we were sat outside the first stop for an hour before the guide showed up. Not great fun with 3 kids in tow!

This tour certainly NOT an architecture tour. Our tour guide was informative but not on architectural buildings. We saw more shopping venues than buildings. There are so many skyscrapers in Dubai that we thought we would learn about but we did not. This tour was more a mere sightseeing tour. How disappointing!

It was good tour to see modern Dubai from near. Guide and car were in time. Music fountain and Burj Khalifa were excellent. Should given more time in Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Tour was value for money.
