Very wonderful experience! I originally booked this experience because a previous snorkeling booking cancelled on us last minute, but this was a completely surprise and wonderful! I would give it five stars off the chart, but unfortunately I was forgotten to be transported to the area from miscommunication. Thankfully, the ride back - our driver was sweet and completely understood us. As for the trip, the hosts were so fun and kind, they cared about our safety and our time. They were so eager to help us with anything, especially with the drinks! Had a great time with them and would book again, I don’t think I would book anywhere else!

Consider this a warning from a seasoned traveler. If you care about safety, money and making the best out of your time in PR.
SAFETY: The tender age of the captain and his novice driving skills. Maneuvering through the waves felt more like a white-knuckle rollercoaster ride than a leisurely cruise. We couldn't help but question the safety of entrusting our lives to such inexperienced hands. Perhaps to save money and not pay a seasoned captain to navigate us through the open ocean.
SNORKLING: sharing mouthpieces that were certainly not disinfected. Need I say more?
STAFF: sub-par service. Nothing about it was authentic Puerto Rico (I have been here 5 times) felt like a Jersey Shore service with a few acts of kindness because remember the tip jar at the end.
To add insult to injury, instead of being whisked away to one of Puerto Rico's picturesque beaches, we were deposited on the rockiest, uglies stretch of coastline I have seen on my 5 trips to PR. Meanwhile, Culebra is known for having some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It's unfathomable why would Sea Ventures Pro Dive choose to subject its patrons to such dismal shores.

Dont be fooled by a cold sandwich and light drinks
They rose with glowing reviews. However, as their status elevated, their dedication to customer service dwindled. Nothing but a tourist trap.
Given the hefty $611 price tag, I reached out to them, and given their lack of concern over safety and client satisfaction, Yilmalia and Karen dismissed my claim. Surely, they will also dismiss yours.

Attentive and kind crew- including guide Chris, Captain Luis, Danny, and I think Roberto. Chris really went out of his way to make us be relaxed in paradise. Flamenco Beach was most gorgeous I’ve ever seen, and we had successful, colorful snorkeling. Heed the warnings, it’s a high speed occasionally bumpy ride, would not have wanted to do it if pregnant. I recommend getting out to see Culebra!

This was an amazing way to spend my 40th birthday! Although we didn’t make it to culebra due to the weather, we snorkeled and then went to Icacos Island which was beautiful! The captain(Jay) and crew(Javier and Ariana)were extra attentive and just so much fun to be around! They made sure everyone was happy and taken care of! I can’t wait to come back!

They canceled our original booking pushed it for 2 more days than when we got to sign in they charged you another $3 marine fee to board the boat. Customer service sucks as no one answers the phone they text and repeat what you’re saying like it’s done on purpose. Once we were ready to load the boat no one could find the boat leaving 15 mins late. No one knew anything. Once we got to island no water mat to lay on like the page said. Didn’t try the food or drinks we brought our own. NOMAR THE CAPTAIN AND HIS CREW WERE AWESOME, I can say that much
