Cuenca is a beautiful city full of history and interesting places. Fernando, our guide, did a wonderful job and definitely helped make the experience great. Our tour was to Cuenca and Ciudad Encantada, possibly the archaeological zone portion of the tour could have been shorter but we still enjoyed it, and the tour of Cuenca was fun and full of history and culture. I highly recommend this tour and Fernando!

One of the most beautiful day tours I have done in Spain so far. Fantastic nature in Ciudad Encantada, a unique natural landscape (that has nothing to do with a city) about 30 km from Cuenca. Lucky to see a (rare) Iberian ibex. Afterwards a wonderful walk through Cuenca and at the end there is time to visit the cathedral.

If you enjoy nature and history, this trip is for you. It begins with a teaser at Devil’s Window to prepare you for the incredible sights the Enchanted City has to offer— a trip back in time through a geological park of wonders. The lunch break before the tour of Cuenca was equally generous with time as we were able to enjoy a leisurely and top-notch meal made from locally sourced ingredients and heritage recipes. Cuenca has to be seen and experienced to understand how amazingly charming the city is with its ancient pathways and impressive architecture. Fernando was an excellent and entertaining guide, providing anecdotes and information in Spanish and English that kept the entire group informed and amused. His relaxed and sometimes humorous delivery made the tour more engaging. Roberto was polite and professional, and kept us all on schedule and drove us with care from each destination. Be prepared to walk a great deal for this tour that takes up the entire day and brings you back to Madrid past 8 PM. But it’s all worth it and more. I am recommending this tour to friends and family who want a loaded day that is worth more than the money they spend for it.

Exceptional. We loved it. Fernando our unbeatable guide, everything very well planned. It became short. Enjoyable and learning a lot. The wonderful landscapes.

A tour and guide (Fernando) at the level of the best that can be expected from a tourism agency in Spain or anywhere in the world. Interesting in itself as it focuses on its vision of Cuenca, nature, history, architecture and culinary recommendations .
I emphasize with emphasis that this is the first time that a guide does not insist on purchases from a specific establishment, or from a restaurant to earn commissions, this speaks of seriousness and commitment to the client.

Cuenca was lovely but the Enchanted City and the Devil’s window were fantastic. The guide, Fernando, was informative, efficient and funny. Definitely recommend though it is a long day (11 h 40m)

Great tour to beautiful Cuenca, it filled all our expectations, excellent tour guides, we had to walk long distances due to Holly week, it was hard for a lot of people specially because the guides did not specified the length of the walk, but I highly recommend the tour

Made for a long day but worth every minute. A safe and more relaxed way to experience history, culture and nature of Spain outside the busy city life of Madrid.
Cesar, our driver, brought us there and back, and made plenty of stops (snacks, stretch & potty breaks )along the way. He was always where we needed him to be after the long arduous hikes.
Fernando, was our consummate guide! He was THE best! He made a long day go by fast and enjoyable. He’s a wealth of information and clearly enjoys what he does. An excellent bilingual speaker/storyteller with a wonderful sense of humor, who told interesting stories about each point of interest.
Cuenca and Ciudad Encantada was truly a magical experience under Fernando’s guidance. I also have breathtaking pictures to show for it!

P.s. If you go, do wear proper attire and walking shoes.
