My partner and I arrived at the bike shop. We were told that it was mandatory to wear a helmet. My partner cannot wear a helmet. Therefore, we had to cancel. The tour operator was unable to refund our money. We carefully reviewed the instructions on the website. I also reviewed the instructions that were sent to me. There was nowhere that said helmets were mandatory. Extremely disappointed.

Best part of the tour was the guide! Cannot imagine a better tour guide than Chip. His knowledge of the history, culture and architecture of New Orleans and the French Quarter were matchless.
