In general, it is amazing experience.
At first, our tour was cancelled due to weather condition. But we are already on the island. It was rescheduled to 2hours later with team support.
We start from another dock, by taxi covered by the operator. And returned by taxi covered by the operator as well.
The tour itself is amazing! The captain, photographer, snorkeling guide are super super nice. Compared with Hawaii’s snorkeling (which is also good), I prefer to visit Cozumel again after years.

The tour operator does not provide fins for snorkeling. As we are getting ready to head out on the boat, I noticed the masks and tubes, but could not see any fins. I asked and was told that everything would be explained once we are out on the ocean, where the lack of fins was obviously never mentioned again. Having people snorkel on open see, in truly choppy waters, without fins, is just flat out dangerous. I can not recommend this provider. Btw., the snorkel guide itself obviously had fins for himself.

We were on time for the tour and once we get off from the ferry they told us they have canceled the tour. It was a shock for 20 of us and a lot people including us came from Tulum just for the tour. They should have informed us one day before so we could have refunded our ferry tickets also wouldn’t spend our new years eve just for nothing. We’ve also waited for the tour guide for another 20 minutes to explain us the situation in english. Very irresponsible, wouldn’t recommend this tour at all.

This snorkel tour is the best. The guides are wonderful and the guacamole and chips are delicious. Highly recommend. We have been two years in a row.

We saw sea turtles stingrays starfish nurse shark and tons of fish in the reef. Maybe tours Miguel was amazing guide

Overall a great experience. A little pricey, but well worth it. If the price was a little lower, I would give it 5 stars.

Memo and Philip are amazing. It is the best snorkeling tour we have ever had. Kids love it. My wife cannot swim and Memo took care of her. She was afraid of water but she enjoy so much and feel safety with them. They are very experience. A+++

We were picked up promptly from the marina for the taxi ride to the other marina from where the boat departs. On reaching there we were told that we would have to wait as the boat was not ready. We waited for more than half an hour to eventually get on the boat. It was almost 30 minutes more to get to the reef. We snorkeled for about 20 minutes and it started to rain. So everyone came back on the boat. We spent 10 minutes in a shallow reef and returned back to the marina as the water was getting rough. I understand that weather is out of their control, but they should have kept the boat ready. The time that we spent just sitting at the marina for the boat, we would have been snorkeling the other reef as well. Disappointed in our experience.

Absolutely stunning experience. During our snorkeling we saw 3 turtles (very close up), 1 baby turtle, 1 baby shark, many fish and some amazing reefs. We also got to see sting rays! It was definitely something I would do again. Our tour guide was amazing and also was able to show us the cool things while diving deeper.

We had a great snorkeling trip. Jaciel made sure that we saw great sea life. We saw turtles, sting rays, a nurse shark, and tons of fish! It was a well run and very efficient trip!
