It was fantastic! I was happy that I felt safe, given clear instructions and had a great time! Beverages, you keep the snorkel and you see three reefs. Highly recommend! Note- you will need 8.00 usd extra for the marina fee put the total price was the cheapest among them all.

Booked this experience as an alternative to an excursion thru royal carribean. Was an excellent choice! Very close to the cruise ship the entire time, the snorkeling was great!! 3 different areas to view, and plenty of time was given at each stop. They made my 16 year old (who was a little nervous , although an experienced swimmer), feel very safe and ensured her that if she wanted to get back on the boat, they would take her immediately. Great trip!

Excellent customer service! My husband is not a swimmer and he had a great time! They pulled my husband using a ring so that he could enjoy every part of the snorkeling experience without having to swim! Overall we would highly recommend this excursion and would definitely book again when we go back!

The guide was so kind and generously offered us an additional snorkeling opportunity since we had a delay in leaving because another group had to be picked up from a different location. The staff was amazing and super helpful. It was our first time snorkeling and we had a 4 and 8 year old, and our guide was with us the whole time and made us feel very comfortable. The kids loved it! He also took fabulous pictures of us. We loved the whole experience!

We came across safe tours Cozumel and Arturo when I was searching for snorkel tours for our visit to Cozumel. I am glad I found this company as you couldn’t find a more friendly honest and kind tour operator. All the staff on the Cubano boat were also great. The tour to paradise reefs was the perfect two hour trip for our family. the boat ride was quiet and peaceful. This is not a party boat but a quiet peaceful positive experience. booked a longer snorkel trip tomorrow as a result of our experience today! will keep Arturo’s contact information for our future trips to Cozumel!

I have snorkeled in Cozumel numerous times and was a little hesitant to book this excursion worried that due to the price that it would not be as good as others. I'm so glad I booked it. It was way more than expected. We saw great reefs and learned about the coral growing program. They give you ample time to snorkel and explore and give you freedom to spread out and go at your own pace. The tour operator was so considerate. We had an older person on the tour and the sea was a little choppy at El Cid, so they dropped us off at a close Marina where the water was calm, and the person could get off the boat safely. They paid for a 5 minute taxi ride back to El Cid. They really did go above and beyond. Do not hesitate to book this excursion.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 girls ages 8 and 9. We all loved it and had a great time. My 9 year old was swimming with the fish the whole time. My 8 year old still isn't a super strong swimmer and didn't want to let go of float ring but was still able to look under the beautiful water and see the fishes. The meeting point was in the front of a hotel. As we were walking up to the hotel entrance they already called me by name and knew who we were eventhough we were almost 2 hours early. They were able to get us on an earlier boat. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We had a great time. They provided water and juice. The pictures were beautiful but need a better process to get them because they were supposed to be emailed to us after we paid but I did not receive and couldn't really check with being out of the country.
