Capture stunning photos as we cruise through the countryside towards the iconic Zaanse Schans, where there's free time to explore, take photos, visit cheese and clog stalls, or savor a delicious Dutch pancake.
Our return journey, we'll pass through Zaandam, and the NDSM part of Amsterdam
Electric bikes are provided, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride for the approximately 40km distance.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed this bike tour! I would highly suggest it to anyone visiting Amsterdam. No one in our group was an experienced biker, not even close, and we all faired fine. The weather was slightly windy and rainy, but it was still enjoyable. They provide very nice ponchos, and also having a waterproof jacket, waterproof shoes, and waterproof gloves helped a lot. You’ll ride only a few blocks through the city to the ferry before you’re in the countryside. The e-bikes make the ride a breeze, so you won’t be killing your legs with the distance. Gabriel was a fantastic guide and made sure we were all comfortable. The multiple stops along the ride are awesome as he gives history lessons along the way. You only spend about 90 minutes in Zaanse Schans, including the time it takes to eat, so you will need to breeze through the little touristy village to see the cheese shops, mills, etc. The ride back to Amsterdam is shorter than the ride out, which is perfect because it was starting to feel long at that point. Overall the amount of time was perfect, and this tour was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Let me say, this was such a great biking experience! Even though the day of our ride it was raining and windy. But we came prepared dressed in rain pants, rain jacket and the tour provided rain ponchos and believe me- you needed all of it. Although we are not seasoned bikers, and riding with the wind whipping the rain into our eyes and face, the electric bike made the 25 mile trek pretty easy. The bikes felt sturdy and secure even on wet streets. And, Justin was such a great guide through it all! Would I do this tour again? Absolutely... but on a sunny summer day next time! Lol!

Great loop with scenery. We had a flat tire in the group that the guide wasn’t prepared for and we lost a lot of time. After that we were rushed through the rest of the tour at 30k an hour.

Loved the energy and knowledge of our tour guide (Gabriel). The e-bikes were in fabulous condition and made this very lengthy route virtually effortless. We had Dutch pancakes, cheese platter and an apple pie (washed down with Chocomel) in the cute little village of Zaanse Schans

ABSOLUTE MUST DO! Way better than sitting on a bus - take an E-BIKE Ride to see the countryside and the windmills at Zaanse Schans (you can get a little workout AND a little help up a few hills)! We saw the most beautiful countryside - mostly flat areas - so don't be afraid - all skill levels can handle! Our guide Rachel was amazing and told us so many great facts along the way ! Once we arrived at Zaanse Schans, we had time for a nice lunch and then a stroll through the windmills! Don't miss out on a warm chocolate dipped Stroopwafel! This tour was easily one of the highlights of our trip ! Even the ferry ride at the end was awesome - got to see so many different things! LOVED IT!

My wife and I did this while spending a few days in Amsterdam on the first leg of our honeymoon through Europe. Justin was a fantastic guide with impeccable knowledge of the areas we traveled. This bike tour gives a great variety of landscapes from countryside to the inner city. The stop you make for about 1.5hr on your own has several windmills and clog & cheese factories as well. It was an awesome experience. The ebikes are great, with very little force needed to pedal them along even on steep grades. Justin made sure everyone got a bike that fits them and ensured safety was a #1 priority. Couldn't recommend him enough.
Also, there are ponchos available in case of rain. Our tour had light rain, and unlike others, wasn't canceled. 10/10 experience.

It was great getting out of the city for a few hours and seeing the countryside. The e-bikes were easy to use and pace was very manageable with many stops. The highlight of the trip was meeting with the couple who operate and live in a working windmill. Fascinating! Loved this tour!!!
