Join our guided countryside bike tour & explore the beautiful Dutch countryside of Waterland, north of Amsterdam.
We offer two options for this tour. A Long or a Short tour for a full Dutch experience!
Long tour:
Our E-Bike tour, a longer route covering 37km (23 miles).
This is for experienced, fit cyclists & requires a minimum height of 5' 1" feet (155 cm) to ride our pedal assisted E-Bikes as we cycle at 18/20 km per hour.
We'll visit a traditional Dutch cheese farm to see Gouda cheese & wooden shoe making.
Short tour:
Covering 23km (14 miles) through charming villages like Zunderdorp & Ransdorp. You'll get the opportunity to taste some farmhouse cheeses & see some of the wildlife of the lowlands.
No clog workshop visit on this tour
Both tours include stories & photo opportunities along the way & are suitable for confident riders. Our guide will meet you near Central Station & take you on a scenic route along the North Holland Canal, passing a windmill & Dutch landscapes.

A beautiful way to spend an afternoon in Amsterdam. The guide (Aren) was fantastic. We would do this tour all over again. It was informative and fun.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience. Our guide, Simon, was great. The cheese and clog maker was entertaining! A very Dutch experience; highly recommend!

First time in Amsterdam, bike tour was fantastic, weather was collaborating, guides were knowledgeable and full of stories. Ride was nice, I love Hollands bikes. Trip is worth time and $.

Amazing bike ride. Mike, our guide, is quite the pistol and makes the ride really fun! Loved the route and the stops. We had an awesome time. Would highly recommend.

The entire tour was breathtaking!
Beautiful views of the city into the countryside. Passed through amazing Parks, Canals and ended up learning how Gouda cheese is made and clogs too ! Gus was very attentive and gave us a Fanta tour !
A great way to see it all on a bike enjoying the beautiful views !

My daughter and I had a wonderful morning! We enjoyed riding the Dutch bikes as we roamed through a bit of the city and countryside. We were warned ahead about the ‘eccentric’ cheese farmer but we understand his straightforwardness (We are Asians raised in diverse cultures and understand about old school thinking of our elders. Just know they are they, and we are who we are.) At the end of the day, we appreciate his commitments to maintain an important Dutch heritage. Glad to see his son helping him out.
Our guide Ashton made our tour fun and relaxing. We recommend this company. My daughter and I had to leave earlier for the next tour…and we recommend giving the tour time for about four hours. However, as we rode our bikes back (with a help of GPS on my phone and a holster that they let me burrow (very nice of them), we happened to have passed by our final stop that we would have missed from us leaving earlier. We ended up not missing any of the stops.
Our group was also fun and positive (shout out to them all).

We did the countryside tour with Simon. He was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. The cheese farm was a particular highlight and we ended up buying stupendous amounts! Overall, would highly recommend this tour and Simon in particular!
