Covering almost 800 square miles and no fewer than five English counties, the Cotswolds are the single largest designated Area of Natural Beauty in the UK. The area was once renowned for its wool production, reminders of which you can still see today. During this Experience, we will be visiting three picturesque villages hidden in the heart of the Cotswolds, with honey-coloured limestone period buildings and rich cultural heritage. Relax aboard your Luxury Small Group Vehicle with an expert guide as you enjoy the best of the English countryside.

Ruth was an amazing host (along with Bill our driver) - I even found out that she was a distant cousin of mine. Both were lovely, friendly and gave loads of info on the tour. There's enough time to see everything and spend some time browsing around on your own. My wife and I loved the tour and would highly recommend it.

Our guide Omar was superb. His narrative throughout the whole experience was very good. Because we were ahead of schedule he was able to take us to a 4th village which was worthwhile. A larger coach would likely be more comfortable but the comfort stop near Oxford was appreciated.

Andy’s a great tour guide! Clearly knows his subject matter. Good mix of guided/narrated history and free time to explore.

The Positives: our tour guide, Will, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bus was clean. The towns we visited were beautiful and we had a beautiful day!
The Negatives: The bus was very uncomfortable- 2 average sized people could not sit comfortably shoulder to shoulder. It was VERY narrow. The bus was also uncomfortably HOT. The air conditioner was on but did not cool very effectively. All in all, the bus was anwful. Everyone complained! In addition, the WiFi did not work. Although the tour guide was knowledgeable, he did not offer up much history or recommendations on things to see/do or places to go. He’d answer questions but didn’t offer much else. Finally, a group of 25 is not a “small” group as was advertised.

Too much stress on getting back to bus by a specific time; seats too small; guide needs to become more knowledgeable about the history of the area, including the countryside. Left 2 passengers when he could have waited a few more minutes instead of going to unscheduled place.

Angela was a good guide. 2 girls were a few minutes late at the first stop and we were told that the first thing to do is inform the company and the driver and guide would have been advised to leave them. I understand that the schedule must be adhered to but an effort should be made to contact the late passengers first....I don't think it's right to leave tourist in a strange place. Telephone information was given at booking. The girls didn't get left behind but they were very close to being left.
