This was an amazing experience to see lots of wildlife and the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef! The crew was very friendly and attentive during the entire time. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cairns!

Marco, Miguel and Aaron were incredible! If you are looking for how to see the Great Barrier Reef, this is it. You will not be disappointed. The small group size and expertise makes this an amazing adventure. We just snorkeled and it was SO cool. The crew’s expertise and assistance just put this over the top. HIGHLY recommend Coral Sea Dreaming.

Well run operation. Great staff. Comfortable if cosy accommodation. Boat facilities very good. Good food, nice laid back atmosphere. As snorkelers didn't feel like we were an afterthought. Felt looked after. Some really great snorkel sites and so much fish! Maybe not the quickest way out there but a smooth ride as we had good seas. The sail is just for show really we didnt really sail. But would recommend as an overnight from cairns on a small group boat. Excellent!

My wife and I had an awesome time on the one night / two day excursion with Coral Sea Dreaming. We are novice divers who received our open water diver certification 1 month before the trip and had completed 2 other dives in Australia. We went with Jason (skipper) and Miguel and Ari (dive guides/instructors) and the entire crew was super friendly and fun. Miguel led the certified divers and we completed five total dives over the two days. The first two day dives and the night dive were at Milln Reef (the whale and club 10) . This was an incredible location with tons of biodiversity in both corals and fish. At night we saw two types of sharks. Miguel was an excellent dive leader who made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. On the second day we did a dive at the three sisters at Milln Reef and then went to Flynn Reef. Again, these dives were incredible and we saw and wide variety of corals and fish.
We were also happy that the size of group was small; there were 12 passengers and 3 crew. Many of the other boats have 30+ passengers and we felt this boat gave us a more intimate experience. The crew cooked solid balanced meals that kept us fueled. The bathrooms were a bit tight and the rooms a bit cramped but overall we were very comfortable and happy with the experience. I would recommend this company to certified divers of all levels who want to dive some of the best sites on the Great Barrier Reef in a more intimate way.

My husband and I had an amazing time on the Coral Sea Dreaming liveboard…Great company, food and diving!

Vanessa, Miguel and crew were incredible dive masters, really taking great care of us - from briefing us about the dives, helping us get on our equipment and showing us the beautiful sites along the Great Barrier Reef.

Jason did. a superb job as the captain of the sailboat. Also, very enjoyable to talk to….interesting sea stories and facts to share.

Vanessa’s cooking was delicious! We were pleasantly surprised with each meal. The crew knew just when we’d be hungry and had meals and snacks ready.

We’d highly recommend Coral Sea Dreaming to anyone who wants an all-around great diving experience.

I had an amazing time on the boat. The dives were well organised, our instructor was very experienced and guided us very well through the dives, I felt very safe during the dives. The food was fresh and delicious. The facilities were good. Everything was explained very well. The fact that we were in a small group added to the experience, and it felt very personal. I would recommend this experience to everyone!

We chose this company because they limit their overnight diving/snorkeling tour to 12 people max. They conducted the tour exactly as advertised on their website. Stop researching other companies, this is it!

We have just got back from a 2 day and 1 night trip with Coral Sea Dreaming. We were a certified diver, who had not dived in several years, and an introductory diver. The diving was absolutely incredible. We were immediately put at ease with our knowledgable dive guides who were truly as passionate and excited about going diving as we were! The boat is a little older but being part of such a small group makes the trip so much more intimate. The food was great and there was an option to purchase beers and fizzy drinks on board. A massive thank you to Ari, Miguel and Jason for an unforgettable trip!

We had so much fun on our overnight trip with the Coral Sea Dreaming Team. The staff were so amazing! The team was attentive and catered the trip based on each individual’s needs. My sister was a certified diver. I was in the introductory dives and there were only two of us with the guide and I received excellent 1:1 service. The night dive was unbelievable. I learned so much about the animals, coral, and how to scuba dive! They were extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The bedrooms were adorable. I absolutely loved the small group on the boat. We really got to know each and the staff. The customer service was a 20 out of 10 – really! The meals were good, as well as the snacks and drinks.

We couldn't been happier with the experience. We were indeed lucky that our groups (4 and 6 - we booked two trips in a row)were smaller than expected, providing us with a very personal experience. Daniel and Ari were fantastic guides and did everything possible to make it a great trip.
The skipper was very knowledgeable and steered us safely through the challenging sea (windy season). Diving and snorkelling were much better than expected, and we just couldn't get enough. Due to the small group size, we always felt very safe, and I was lucky enough to have two enthusiastic guides on my side.
The boat was not luxurious, but it was exactly what we had been looking for.
