Amazing tour arranged at short notice.
Guide spoke great English, safety was excellent including life jackets and insurance.
Stopped at coral island banana
beach for initial snorkelling with guide off the beach to let kids check they were comfortable. Nice lunch there and great showers / bathrooms.
Next stop was off the boat. Children loved it. About 10m deep and great deal of fish easy to spot in clear water. The coral does seem to be suffering everywhere. Good selection of ice cold drinks and lovely fresh fruit platter in afternoon. Staff all friendly and helpful and encouraged kids to jump off boat and to keep going in to snorkel - 3 crew plus guide.
At our second stop we were lucky to see dolphins up close
Trip from 10.30-16.15. Not cheap but very very good value.
100% recommend.

Had yet again a perfect trip with these guys. Did a relaxed fun day to Coral Island with Shaun’s amazing team. These boats are pristine and the staff are incredibly attentive. Big love to all and keep doing what you’re doing.

We had a great trip. Family of nine with three young children <6. Whole service was great, Nook and her team looked after us well, lunch at the seafood restaurant was awesome, and the photos Nook took were a lovely bonus. Boat is clean and kept dry. Great company to book with, would definitely do so again

Wow! we booked a private tour for a group of 8. I can’t say enough amazing things about 5 Star Marine and their crew. The communication before our trip from Shaun was excellent and group knew what to expect prior to our arrival. Pick up from our hotel to the dock was on time and a very smooth transition. Dream was our guide and he and his crew did everything to make our experience very memorable. We even had time to stop at a floating seafood restaurant that was absolutely amazing. If you are in Phuket and looking for an experience of a life time then book with 5 Star Marine and their crew, you won’t regret it.

Our party of 7 absolutely loved this tour. We had booked Coral island for half a day, and the team gave us a bonus 2 extra stops, both far away from tourists and crowds. We snorkelled around other islands where we could see no-one else! To finish off the day, they took us to this amazing local floating restaurant where we had dinner watching the sun set. Best Thai food ever, at a place we would have never found on our own. Can't recommend them enough. And for sure will do more trips with them.

We were recommended 5star marine by a friend. They did not disappoint! Shaun was amazing from the beginning, patiently answering and helping us curate the best first snorkelling experience for my children. We did a mix of deep sea snorkelling (on Mai ton island - more fish, coral island - deeper ocean but water murkier). Banana beach was more exclusive but the activities (like parasailing, banana boat and kayak) more expensive with one restaurant option, long beach had more tourists but cheaper activities (nearly half the price) and more food options. Both had amazing crystal clear water.
Our guide Nicky was amazing and allowed us to curate the tour to how the kids wanted. Words from my 6yr old - “l have been wanting to snorkel for 2years now and had the best time! Uncle Nicky was sooo good.. I am so happy he could teach us what to do”.
We will be back to do more challenging islands with you soon.

Ps : As soon as we landed, many companies approached us and it can get confusing. However, highly recommend Shaun and team as the pricing was competitive and service impeccable. Only trick is ensure you stay close to their boat pier so land transfer isn’t as long.

We had a great time with 5 Star Marine last weekend. We had young children and old grandparents with us and they were all taken care of nicely by the team. We all had a fun time and enjoyed snorkeling and spending time at the beach. They are very flexible regarding the itinerary and time. We are already planning our next trip with 5 Star Marine. :-)
