Enzo did an AMAZING job walking us thru how to make pizza dough, ravioli, and tiramisu! He had homemade wine & lemoncello to enjoy. The group we cooked with was wonderful. Enzo was very personable, made jokes, and made the whole evening great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We've taken Italian cooking classes before, but this one was the best! Here's why:
-The pictures you see of the phenomenal views of Sorrento are real. Not embellished; it really is that beautiful! The estate is perched on a cliff with the most amazing views. The estate is filled with olive and citrus trees.
-We were SEATED at a beautiful marble table in an authentic Italian kitchen with a fire burning in a 200 year old pizza oven. Our other classes were STANDING classes without a chair in sight.
-The class starts with a glass of Prosecco and later we switched to delicious homemade wine.
- Enzo (Vincenzo) is a Fantastic chef who leads the class. His conversation is not forced or fake. He is extremely interesting, entertaining, and funny. It was a pleasure, not a chore, to listen to him and follow instructions.
-Enzo and his sister run the class like a Swiss watch. They have everything pre-prepared so the class flows seamlessly.
-Enzo taught us how to make Pizza, Ravioli, Tiramisu and Limoncello. He explained that some pizza is not tasty and some Limoncello is too strong and why. He taught us the secrets to making the best tasting pizza and how to adjust the Limoncello to our own palete.
-Enzo is genuine. This is not a cooking school that cranks out students. This feels like you've been invited to the most extraordinary dining experience by a close friend.
I cannot recommend this class enough.

This was an amazing experience! Over looking an amazing view, Vincenzo does a wonderful lesson cooking pizza, pasta and Tiramisu! He makes everything you have and grows everything fresh in his garden. He is fun, funny and extremely talented. I would take this class 100x over again! Best experience we had!

Highly recommend Enzo’s pizza and pasta class. Our family of 7 including a six-month old, enjoyed the entire process! From pickup to drop off, we were entertained. We learned so many great tips to bring home with us & make our own truly Italian pizza and pasta! The terrace overlooking the bay and Mount Vesuvius was spectacular! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for our family. We had the best time!

My daughter who’s 10 and I enjoyed a fabulous evening and dinner! Everything was superb! The food was delicious and the chef was amazing, knowledgeable and so much fun when teaching! The views were spectacular! I highly recommend this if you’re visiting the area!

Excellent, excellent time with Vincenzo. Fun time making pizza, ravioli, and limoncello tiramisu. All delicious and everything so fresh- mozzarella, ricotta, tomatoes! He shares his recipes so we can replicate at home!

I came back in this beautiful place in one months ago , I booked a room for two days , fantastic view , the owners Vincenzo e Giuseppe was amazing they invite me at culinary curse and they surprise me with this lesson , they make mozzarella show, I learnt how prepare pizza and ravioli, and the way how prepare limoncello ,All on the panoramic terrace front of vesuvio vulcane . The usually the curse was at 17.00 but they told me they opened also at 11.00 and I preferred this one , because I wanted go in Sorrento in afternoon . What I can say ?all perfect . The room was nice and lesson too. I will come back to try again this experience. They say if I wanted come back they will change the menu for teach me something new . N.B . All ingredients are natural everything from the garden .

This was a highlight of our trip to Italy. I had booked this cooking class for my husband and I and to be honest, he wasn't that thrilled about going because as he stated... "it's a cooking class". But literally, 10 mins into the class and we were both having the best time and were immediately grateful that we had this experience. Enzo and Giuseppe are phenomenal and so welcoming. Not to mention so much fun. We had a fantastic time. Learned so much about the Naples/Sorrento area and the culture. The food was fantastic! I recommend this experience to absolutely everyone I meet who is travelling to the Sorrento or Naples area. And did I mention the view?? STUNNING!! Do not make the mistake of missing out on this experience and meeting these two amazing people... book it... NOW!! Thanks Enzo and Giuseppe for making our trip so much better.

This experience was one of the best things I have done in the Sorrento area. I am studying abroad in Sorrento, and while my family was visiting, we booked this experience. The service and hospitality were outstanding. We got picked up from our hotel in Sorrento and had about a 20-minute drive to the cooking school. Upon arrival, the school had one of the most beautiful sceneries I have seen looking over the hillside town. We were greeted with champagne and then had a hands-on demonstration of mozzarella cheese, pizza, pasta, and tiramisu. The experience was outstanding, and the chef was hilarious, knowledgeable, and answered our questions. The meal itself was excellent (I have never been so full in my life). They were so attentive and accommodating against any allergies or food restrictions. I recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Sorrento area, and it is perfect for families with or without children and couples. I could not be more happy with this experience.
